I absolutely love my Birkenstocks, however, I normally wear an 8.5 (womens) but with these I ordered a 37 and they fit perfectly. The sizing is just a bit off. I have extremely high arches and these shoes do wonders. I love them and will be buying them in another color!

Perfect straight out of the box! If you've had any other Birkenstocks before, you know they are worth every penny. Do not settle for anything less. The toe strap is not even an issue and the adjustable straps allow you to decide how tight you want the sandles.

Although I have had a pair of Arizona Birkenstocks since 1992, they are a little crunchier than my normal style. A recent bout of plantar fasciitis had me wearing them a lot more, and not just around the house. So I decided it was time to get a pair in a color and style that I preferred. I tried both the Gizeh and the Mayari in two sizes each. I generally wear between and 6.5 and a 7. I have narrow feet, high arches and long toes. The Mayari 37 Narrow is a pretty good fit. I could use more length in the toe, but the 38 seemed the same in toe length, but had gobs of room in the heel cup behind my actual heel. The Gizeh did not fit as well.

I have naturally high arches and my doctor wanted me to wear sandals with support (no more flip flips!) I absolutely LOVE these sandals and they get more comfortable the more broken in they are. At first they are a little stiff.

These are super comfortable once the leather is broken in a bit. I found they rubbed across the toe and at the top of the lower strap until I had given them a few wears. Otherwise, they're typical Birkenstocks- they conform to the foot beautifully and are perfect for wearing all day.

Very comfortable sandal. I bought my Birkenstick Mayori sandals after returning from a vacation trip that required a lot of walking. I had major blisters on both feet and vowed to go for comfort over style on my next excursion. At first glance the Mayori is not a feminine looking shoe, so I went to get a pedicure and had my toes blinged out the wazoo to compensate. Now for comfort, it is undenyingly a very comfortable shoe! The toe strap cross over leather piece is not even noticeable while wearing , I was worried it would irritate my big toe, but nope. I could walk for hours in these babies since my foot is so snugly seated in the footbed. One downside is that I noticed that the front of the shoe scoops up a little sand as I walk along sometimes, I feel the need to stop and dump out the grit from time to time. It may be my way of walking that causes that, I don't know. Otherwise, if you are looking for comfort, no one can argue that Birkenstock Mayori is a top contender for first place comfort sandal award.

These shoes are great! I love the look of them, the color is great. They are perfect summer shoes, and luckily for me in the summer are office appropriate! The only thing is that as many Birks do, they run large. I kept them, but could've sized down, I think.

Birkenstock are a must. These are so comfortable. You can dress them up or down. Love the fit !! I need more pairs ��

Loved this shoes once they mold to your feet the are amazing and you will never want to take them off these are my second pair of birks and I'm in love with them I wouldn't ask for another sandal again they run pretty true to size and I love how there are many atleta to choose from!!

I love these sandals!! Im not sure if I think i have big feet so they make me feet like big foot but they are amazing! So many compliments when wearing them! I wore them through my whole pregnancy! I recommend it to anyone looking for comfortable shoes! you can style them with anything which I was amazed with!

This is a review for Birkenstock Mayari. I wear a true 5.5. The size 36 regular width is huge on me. It fits nearly a size and a half larger than a US size 6. I purchased the Mayari in a 36 Narrow and found that it fits nearly a size and a half smaller than the 36 Regular. So, my small footed friends, if you're looking for a great, comfortable sandal and the quality of Birks but find yourself stuck between ladies sizes that are just too big and kids styles that are just too juvenile, give the 36 Narrow a whirl. I have an average width foot and this worked for me!

As always if you know your Birkenstock size, these fit perfect. I love the strappy style rather than the traditional Birkenstock. I also love how the leather goes between your toe rather than a piece of plastic. As always, love the fast shipping!

Oh Birkenstocks, how I have missed you! I purchased the golden brown Birko-flor and they look great in person. A tiny bit of sheen but not over the top or too dressy for every day. I have had horrible foot and heel pain lately...I'm paying for years of working retail and wearing completely flat shoes with no support. My feet are so happy in these shoes. I have worn them all day for two days straight and come home with no foot pain at all. They look cute and they are comfortable! I wear a size 9, and the 40 is the perfect fit....a little space in the back, and my toes don't touch the front, just like Birkenstock says they should fit. The regular width is most comfortable and secure for me, even though I don't have especially wide feet. The toe strap irritates a little, but is too loose on the looser setting. I know that will stretch with wear.

This looks white online which is what I wanted, sadly its a off white/yellowish/goldish color. Don't get me wrong its cute, but I needed white. So I will be returning them and maybe getting the silver ones.

I couldn't possibly love these shoes more. I've never been particularly enthusiastic about the aesthetics of Birkenstocks, ever since the clog-style ones were en vogue when I was in high school. However, chasing after two toddlers all day left me desperate for a comfortable, slip-on shoe. I'm notorious for running around barefoot but recently my plantar fasciitis had been extremely bothersome, so with that in mind, I turned to Birkenstock. Well, I officially never want to wear another shoe. Fortunately, I had very little break-in time. I started wearing them the day they arrived, all day, around the house, at the park, to the grocery store, etc. Low impact stuff, but I put them on as soon as I stepped out of bed and left them on till I climbed back into it. I had a little bit of rubbing around the wider top strap, but not so much irritation that I couldn't continue to wear them. They were incomparably comfortable within a matter of days. Thankfully, I live in Southern California and I can contribute to wear these every day in perpetuity, because it doesn't rain and our frigid winter temps rarely drop below 70 degrees. Regarding the fit: I agonized over sizing because it's so inconsistent among brands. Before pregnancy expanded my already-large feet, I wore a size 10. Now I wear a size 11, and can't fit into a size 10 no matter what I do (RIP, old shoe wardrobe). My feet are average width, not especially wide. Despite the reviews the suggested sizing down or ordering narrow width, I opted to order my regular size 11, standard width. I'm glad I did. A smaller size or narrower shoe would have been too small. For me, these are true to size. I'm now considering ordering them in every color.

I have wanted these sandals for the longest time in the Stone Burkibuc, but I never saw a pair of those available in the narrow width. I decided to try a pair of the regular width Stone Birkibuc shoes and they were way too wide for my feet. These shoes were comfortable to walk in (thanks to the straps), but the footbed of the sandal was almost an inch wider than my foot, so the sandals looked bulky on me. If you have narrow feet, you should stick to the narrow width sizes, even if it means compromising on the color. I gave up on Stone Birkibuc and ordered Golden-Brown Birkoflor in narrow. The narrows fit perfectly, and don't look bulky. I am really happy with the color too. The picture in the description does not do this color justice! The gold is very subdued, so the shoe appears neutral rather than metallic. I love these shoes so much. They are perfect for keeping my high arches comfortable all day. You should get them!

These shoes are simply amazing. I'm a 35-yr-old who is beginning to experience pain from bunions. My podiatrist suggested birks and I rolled my eyes. But I decided to order them. They are super cute. And I have worn them most of my waking hours for the last several weeks, since I got them. I have relatively high arches and somewhat wide feet and they are perfect. I cannot overemphasize how comfortable they are and how much my feet and knees are thanking me for giving them the support they need to function properly. My only regret is that they're sandals and soon it will be too cold to wear them!

After buying the same pair of flip flops 3 or 4 times, only to have them break on me after about a year each time, I decided to upgrade to a higher quality sandal. I am so happy with these! I got them in the Black color and they look great both when I'm out running errands in my workout clothes and with jeans and even some more casual dresses. I ordered both this style and the Gizeh to try, but preferred these because I think they can be dressed up a little better than the Gizeh. I have flat, wider feet and the normal width fits perfectly. They do take a few days to break in, so plan accordingly! After about 3-4 wears, they were totally comfortable but I did have some pain, especially after the first 2 days of wearing them. If you are buying these for a trip, just break them in beforehand! I know these sandals will be with me for years, so glad I made the switch!
