True birkenstock fit. Like fit style.

A birk is a birk is a birk. This is my 5th pair of Birkenstocks...first time for the Franca style...but as happy with this as I have been with all my others!

I have been trying to replace a completely worn out Arizona that is still comfortable, but not exactly something that should be seen in public. I have tried recent reiterations of the Arizona, but nothing felt comfortable enough to even try breaking in. So when I saw the Franca I thought I would give Birkenstock another shot before defaulting to my standby, Mephisto’s Helen. It worked — for me, anyway. It’s comfortable, stylish, not too narrow. Search is over.

Bought these in leather last year. These are softer, easier to wear. Grabbed them early in season before my size sold out. SO GLAD these are Regular width! Many of the newer colors and styles are Narrow only. I bought lilac and black this year.

Size and width, perfect. Love the aqua color, great for Spring. Birkenstock is the only shoe I wear.

Not only are these sandals beautiful, but oh so comfortable.

I got these in blue. Very nice good quality leather. I wear a size 9 and ordered a 40 regular. They fit great. I find these run more narrow than the Arizona. The leather is pretty stiff for now but I know they’ll break in nicely.

I’m sad this sandal doesn’t come with a soft footbed, but I love it anyways!

I think the smaller straps make this shoe a little more sleek and dressy compared to the regular Arizona. The only draw back is the regular footbed.

Fit true to size and very comfortable.

I was still recovering from a foot surgery when this pair arrived in the mail. So as soon as I was able to start walking again I just had to try them on. Super comfortable and stylish. Love’em!

I haven’t had a new pair of Birkenstock sandals in 5 years. So they are a bit stiff and rub on right big toe , not a problem just a going to take a few days. But loving them .

Love these sandals! Got the regular fit. Straps are all in the right places, offering great support and hold the sandals to my feet. I'm between sizes, but opted to go up in size. Still comfortable and my heels/toes don't push up against the edges! The color (Tobacco) is a nice neutral, leather is only going to get softer with wear. I wore the sandals inside the house to break them in, and they took no time at all to conform to my feet. I can't wait to wear these out in warmer weather!

great shoes

These are great in every way. Perfect fit, light weight, thin straps, yet sandal does not slip or "flip" like flip flops do. Comfortable from the first step. My new favorites.

Great shoe runs wide but that's what I wanted

No breaking in period like I always have with the Birkenstocks with the heavy leather straps. These were comfortable right out of the box.
