While the fit and size were all perfect. I was very disappointed with the color as represented on the website. The color was much lighter than depicted and the name of the shoe should be changed to accurately depict the color. It was more a LIGHT tobacco oil versus just tobacco oil. Tobacco suggests a much darker color.

Everything was just right. I've ordered this brand of sandals before and it was exactly the right size for me

These fit true to my usual size. They are comfortable and super cute!

Very happy with the new style and love the blue color. Leather is a bit stiff but I know it will soften up with a little wear.

These navy Franca sandals were a great addition to my spring and summer wardrobe. I wear a lot of navy during these seasons and often reach for these. I like the security of having multiple straps, but they look more feminine than some Birks because of their thinner straps. I normally wear a 7.5 and take a 38 in Birks. I can wear a narrow or regular width comfortably.

Birkenstock is a great brand with a very comfortable shoe. They are never cheap, but most other comfort brands cant compare.

More feminine than Arizonas.

I really love these sandals. I am a 7.5, and got the size 7-7.5, 38 narrow. I was worried they would be too narrow, but I read reviews that the regular width was more for men. I do have pretty normal sized feet I think. Anyway, the sandals are a perfect fit. Another review said the tobacco color is lighter in person, and I would agree, but it is a beautiful, neutral color. The sandals are very stiff, and I think it will take time to break them in. The footbed up by my toes is hard. I hope it softens up. I put on some light socks, and they were instantly more comfortable. I love the style, and know I will be wearing these with and without socks.

Love these birks! The straps are So stylish and allow for a great custom fit. I purchased sz 37 and am usually a 7-7.5 in shoes. My Arizonas are a sz 38 but all other birks I am a 37. The oiled tobacco is such a gorgeous color. These were comfy out of the box.

A variation on the classic Birkenstock, the straps are updated with the traditional support and comfort. The grey is a nice neutral for summer.

For someone with plantar fasciitis, I really on sandals like Birkenstocks in the summer weather, because of the way they mold to your feet and give good arch support. I'm always interested in some of the less clunky looking styles with the thinner straps and pretty colors. This lavender has a pretty sheen/sparkle to it and they will be a great addition to my wardrobe.

I have 6 pair of Birkenstock sandals. All super comfortable. This is my first pastel pair and I love them.

I love birkenstock shoes and sandles and have worn them for over 25 years. The "Franca" did not disappoint.

The fit and size are all true to my feet. The fabric is so soft and comfortable. I am happy.

Perfect fit the lavender material is shiny I thought it was matte but honestly that's not such a big deal,at the end of the day they are feminine (for Birkenstock's) and comfortable:)!

Like Birkenstocks shoes, but this style too wide. ordered a size 36 narrow but need a 35 narrow, plus need a soft footbed in these shoes.

Size and fit correct. Very comfortable. These were my first Birkenstocks but I will get more.
