These Are Great - I bought a pair of these over a year ago in blue and wore them almost every day (but not to work). Every time I wore them I wished I had a pair in black so I finally got them. Now I have a pair to wear with everything I own. I love them, they're extremely comfortable and very flexible - everything except the length is adjustable and wonderful.

Niro - Mephisto shoes are the best. Niro is the third pair I own and love to wear. The look is classic, the workmanship is first rate, and the fit is fine from the start. Moreover, Mephisto shoes are long wearing. Two pairs have seen me through two extended trips to Europe during which I walked a lot. Both pairs are still in good shape.

The wonder shoe! For me, I have finally found the "perfect" shoe. I have had surgery on both my feet and have been looking for a good shoe that fits my feet like a glove, provides the much needed support but also is stylish & functional. I do a lot of walking & hiking and needed a sneaker that would accommodate my lifestyle. I have bought two pairs of these shoes - black and white. I usually wear the "no show" socks with them. The shoe is a little wide so wearing a thicker sock seems to work best for me. I have not tried inserting my orthotics in them yet but because the shoe seems to run wide, that may work out great too. I highly recommend this shoe and for me, they were a lifesaver on vacation in February.

Made for walking - I took these shoes out of the box and wore them for a one-hour walk with my dog. They are the best walking shoes I own, so I bought another pair. They run large which makes them fine for cushioned liners or heavy socks. I like cushioned liners for just washing out when the shoes get a lot of hot weather wear.

Marvelous support - I have many health problems and it is very difficult for me to stand or walk. I live in nearly unbearable pain all over my body. I am constantly searching for comfortable, supportive shoes. In spite of the price, I decided to order this shoe and give it a try. Thankfully, it is the most comfortable shoe I have ever owned. I have to wear it for casual and dress wear due to my health problems. Zappos is just marvelous to deal with. The telephone reps deserve the highest praise.

Great sneaker / walk shoe - Can wear this around town, being comfortable without clunky. Took one star off for comfort, because I find them wide for my foot (I even have a wide foot and sometimes order wide sized). As a result, I need to pull the velcro strap to a place beyond where the velcro female end is located. Would buy 1/2 size smaller next time.

Comfortable out of the box. Exceeded my expectations. Sneakers have never looked this cute and this serious at the same time! Felt true to size and width with good support and already broken in.

Incredible Sneaker.... I absolutely love these sneakers. The name fits. I wear them all around. They are so comfortable and look great on. A must have.

Lived in These After Surgery - I have lived in these since having surgery. I have a narrow heal but wide front. These run wide so I wear a thin shoe insert from another shoe over the one it comes with. This is one of the only Mary Jane sneakers that have an adjustable back strap. I walk out of all the other brands. I wear the brown ones with brown tights to work and I am comfortable. They are also made very well.

Awesome Shoe - I recently lost two toes to an accident and was really concerned about the kind of shoe that would help me be stable and comfortable and also look good. This shoe was fantastic. I even walked to the top of the Arcropolis. The adjustable straps are good for swelling and individual fit. I now have three pairs in different colors.

Comfortable walking shoes - Great for any time you will spend a large part of your day on your feet. I'm a nurse and these give me the support and comfort I need to make it through a 12 hour shift. Works well for sightseeing as well - lots of support - and looks good too. This is my second pair - I love them! Maybe just a tad wide if you have a narrow foot but works great for me.

Great stylish and super comfortable shoe. The perfect shoe for people like me who are on their feet all day. Great support and fit! I would definitely recommend.

Great Shoe! These shoes are great. I just purchased my second pair - a different color - and love them. They are comfortable and give great support. Since purchasing these shoes, I pretty much wear them every day.

Comfortable and cute - I have a wide foot, and these fit well (though the first day or so my pinky toe rubbed a bit. But they relaxed and stretched and now feel great. I ordered a 9, which is what I would wear if the shoe is wide (9.5 if a regular shoe, or sometimes 10). Very cute as well.

Allrounder by Mephisto Niro - The shoes are exactly like the picture, they are very very nice and extremely comfortable, true to size. I am very happy with the service and the shoe.

Tweedy star - This was my first order, and I received the shoes before I saw the email confirming my order. The shoes are perfect. Great fit, great look. Tweed is so perfect for fall.

Great Shoe - I got these this last spring and wore them on my trip to Israel. We walked every where for hours on end each day; these shoes kept up, no blisters and my feet weren't totally exhausted each night. I again took them on a trip to NYC and put them through the same rigorous walk. I would highly recommend!

My most favorite shoe EVER! These are truly the most comfortable shoe I have ever owned! Like them so much I bought a second pair! I get loads of compliments on the stylishness of them also. I travel lots and these shoes make it possible to only take one pair of shoes - they work for any type of occasion - from hiking to city. You will not be sorry to own these shoes!

I bought these shoes to wear on vacation in London and Paris. Since I was going to do a lot of walking, I wanted something that was very comfortable. They were awesome - although not very stylish. I wore them with an orthotic that I was fitted for since I have flat feet and usually can't wear flats for long periods. They were incredibly comfortable with no sore legs from my arches.

Worth every penny - I don't usually spend this much $ on my shoes...This shoe is worth every penny. I wear them for walking, cardio exercise, weight training and just plain hangin out. And they're cute too! Buy less pairs, but, add this shoe to your collection!

Terrific travel shoe - I bought these in brown with pink trim as an alternative to hiking boots or old lady walking shoes. They took me comfortably all over Peru, climbing ruins, Machu Picchu, hiking around Colca Canyon and on Lake Titicaca. They are lightweight, comfortable and cute. They fit well over my bad bunions with almost no break-in time. I will watch for different colors as they come out.
