This style was not comfortable around my ankle.....I prefer the cross the instep, with the strap

These were comfortable and I liked the way they looked, but as noted in previous reviews the heel on one side totally collapsed after a few wears. Like, it squashed down with every step on that side. It was bizarre and, beyond how weird it was, meant the shoes were completely unwearable.

Super cute and comfortable shoe, but the heel collapsed, not once, but twice. Both times the right shoe heel gave out. Very disappointing.

I wore the for about a month and loved them at first they are comfortable and stylish. The heal on one side wasn’t sturdy and has completely sunken in. I can’t wear them after only a month.
