Beautiful shoe. Heal too high for my arthritic knees

Perfect fit and very comfortable. Great for offices that require a low heel. I wish Easy Spirit would also offer a pointy toe Navy version of this shoe.

The Shoes fit very well. I have no worn them out side yet.

These are super cute, however the ankle strap literally rubs below your ankle and is irritating. The rest of the shoe fit beautifully my 11 wide feet.

Super cute and great color. Very comfy -- really wanted to love -- have to return for now (still rehabbing an ankle injury). Grateful for the stellar Zappos service, as always. You rock!

The shoes are lovely, great style and quality. I hate having to return them, but the arch is in the wrong place for my foot.

They look very good on my somewhat thick ankles. They have a very nice profile. The material looks rich and substantial.

Beautiful style, stunning color. The strap for the ankle is a bit uncomfortable as you walk. Not very comfortable to wear all day long. In overall I’m happy with the purchase.

The shoe is great, however, the sides cut into my ankle bone. If the sides could be scooped out a bit lower that would help because otherwise I soooo want to keep these!

I am sooooooooooooooo sorry I have to return these becasue they are very attractive, look great on my foot and are alittle too big/slightly too deep for my foot. However, I wish I could keep them becasue they would look and feel great running through an airport or spending the day at a museum or convention.

Beautiful shoe, very comfortable, but just not the right color. These are closer to gray than white... so they don't work with my white dress.

returning because they fit a little too snug for me. But also looked like there was wear. Could be the actual design but wasn't sure if it was a returned shoe (hence the lower price than another color) or markings are intentional.

I liked the style and despite trying size 8M, 8N and 7.5, I couldn’t get a comfortable fit. The 8M was too wide, the narrow too narrow and the 7.5 uncomfortable. Disappointing. My foot can be hard to fit properly as I have a slim foot but not narrow.

They felt good trying them on, but honestly, I haven't worn them yet. Therefore, I don't know how they'll feel after wearing them for several hours. I bought them because every black shoe I own is open-toed. I needed some closed toed, dress shoes I could wear to church in the wintertime. I've tried many pairs of shoes, but none of them were comfortable. These were. So we'll see, I guess.

Very cute shoe....unfortunately I have a large, wide foot that is not easy to fit! I am so thankful for Zappos return policy...not trying to be difficult, just have hard to fit ugly feet!

They are cute shoes! I found out that I can wear then for a short period because they begin to hurt. I used to purchase easy spirit for my mother all the time because they were the most comfy shoes. I had a little problem with this because they are a little big but not enough to go to the smaller size. I will put a heel slip in the back of the shoe and it should be ok. I am keeping them though those are slight discomforts.

These fit however they were not very comfortable. There was no arch support and they felt very stiff. They are very attractive though.

Uncomfortable in front

I was surprised that the strap didn't bother my ankle and even happier when I saw my toes weren't squished in. Problem was my arches are high and these pretty pumps didn't offer any support. They are going back. Thanks Zappos for understanding our preferences.

These shoes are really comfortable and cute. I only gave them a 4 because my toes were a little bit scrunched, but not enough to make them uncomfortable. I like a little bit of a heel with dresses and this shoe was the perfect height, while still being easy to walk in.

The shoe felt too narrow and constricting

The shoe looks lovely but feels very uncomfortable.

This shoe is similar to another style I own but it was not as comfortable as Cindie. The instep was narrower and caused rubbing.
