Quality materials, stylish, and best of all the zippers make getting the shoes on and off really easy. The removable insole makes it an easy fit for an AFO. Will definitely be buying more from this company.

These shoes fit great for my husband's AFO. We buy extra wide. So happy we were told about Billy Footwear, his regular shoes are impossible to get on.

Bought these for my son to wear with his AFO braces. My son has brain injuries with mobility issues. Billy's shoes offer the chance to give him back some independence- things as simply as putting on your own shoes that we all take for granted. I've bought so many pairs of Billy's shoes so he can have options and the smile on his face and mine that he doesn't need me to help with putting his shoes on anymore.

So I gave Billy Footwear a go and I do like them. My favorite thing I like about them is there's no bulge on the side of the shoe due to my braces. The zipper feature is suppose to be the best feature of the shoe and I can 100% say, it is. The zipper feature makes life easy for those who have a difficult time tying and putting shoes on(also for those who wear braces). If someone ask me if I recommend themI'm saying yes with no hesitation. Even though I've seen a couple brands with the zipper feature, they don't fully take consideration in making them brace friendly meaningthey don't accommodate us with 3E or 4E(width). Billy Footwear does a great job on giving us more than just length and I appreciate that.

This style shoe works great for a resident I have that is wheel chair bound, uses AFO's, and moves his feet a lot. It makes putting on his shoes so much easier, and the higher zipper design keeps him from busting out the zipper from all his foot movement.

I love these shoes. Period. End game. Ive been wearing AFO's for years and this is the FIRST pair that I've had that the AFO's fit in and don't destroy. The creators of these shoes have balanced style and usability into 1 shoe and I love it. The extra width, bigger toe box and the zipper make these shoes my go to as long as they are around. They have made my life so much easier, I didn't know what I needed until I tried these. I love these shoes!

I purchased these for my teenaged son who has numerous physical and cognitive challenges. He wears AFOs and uses a wheelchair so he needs shoes that are easy to slip on over the AFOs and provide support when he is using a stander or other PT equipment. These shoes work perfectly for him. Thank you!

Husband uses them with orthotics and brace after transmet amputation. It is easier for him to get his feet into these shoes and closed by himself.

This is my second pair. Very comfortable and love the color.
