I love the suitcase but it's been one thing after the other. Bought it in the store but the clerk brought down the wrong box containing a different suitcase. So I returned it for the correct one and when I took it out of the box it was damaged so I have to return it yet again.

It's a beautiful piece of luggage. However, neither I nor my engineer husband could figure out how to make the inner straps work. After 30 minutes of struggling with the design, we gave up, and I have given the suitcase to my daughter - with good luck wishes. Too bad, because it's a lovely piece

I like that the luggage had enough room for all my belongings. What I did not like is that it did not handle the roughness at the airport. I spent too much money for my luggage to have a dent and scratches. Never will i buy a hard case luggage.

Flimsy and too big. Not a very functional piece of luggage

It broke the very first time I used it. I traveled on a domestic flight from Minnesota to Texas with no connecting flights.

First time using it Didn't even make it to our destination pink wheel caps are gone

The XL spinner is really big, I returned and got the Large spinner, which is good for frequent fliers.
