Exactly as I expected

It's everything we expected and more.

Bought the large purple shimmer and it's beautiful! Seems sturdy but I haven't actually used it yet. When I do use it, I will not take it on a plane trip. I can't tell if it is sturdy enough to be handled roughly like that. I will say that it survived unscathed being delivered in minimal packaging. It was in a large box with no padding, only a plastic bag over it. It was loose, so must have been jostled a lot, plus the box was actually open completely on one end! So the good: it was rugged enough to survive that. The bad: why wasn't it packed better.

I got this bag as my first checked bag. It's beautiful and matches my other luggage so nicely. I love the organized compartments and it seems super durable. Changing the combination proved to be rather tricky though

Very roomy. Very pretty design. First time use already scratched. Maybe a scratch resistant coating?

My granddaughter loved the luggage. However, there is no code or key for the lock. Can I still get this?

I just tried out my new suitcase from Vera Bradley on a trip from California to the East Coast. I was replacing my Away suitcase , which I loved for a new one. The Away bag had become so dirty that I could no longer get it clean and one of the internal frames had broken. I must add that was after five trips to Europe and countless trips to Hawai'i and the East Coast. The Vera Bradley was a great price and decided to try it. Most of the features are excellent except for the mesh top with the straps. It does not attach well nor keep the clothes in place as well as Away. Other than that it is a great bag and came through to baggage claim with zero marks or dents. Got lots of compliments on the cute floral print. Overall, a keeper.

I needed to replace my suitcase and was skeptical of purchasing a hardbody suitcase from reading past reviews. However, since this is a Vera Bradley brand, and I like the design and saw its positive reviews, I decided to buy it. The design is beautiful, I had no trouble rolling it, and it survived an international flight and cruise ship. What I didn't like was the written instructions provided to set the lock combo. Also, the mesh for one of the compartments tore. To address the issue with the instructions, I called customer service, and they sent me a video that was easy to follow. The video and printed instructions differed, which makes no sense, but... I would also caution that this is an extra large suitcase, which can be overwhelming because it's a hardbody case. Yet, it was necessary for my trip, which was approximately 12 days.

A little to colorful for me and not up to international travel standards. Bit of a luggage snob, loved the washable inside, but felt luggage wouldn't be durable enough for me

Great piece, is exactly as expect. Received several compliments in baggage claim. One issue, setting the lock code!

I bought this xl spinner for a trip to Europe. I had traveled with the large spinner and found it just a bit too small for a 10 day trip. I got a little carried away with the extra space and ended up a few pounds overweight, which cost me extra fees at the airport. The spinner wheels still maneuvered well even on cobblestone streets. I recommend this bag, but will have to be more careful with the weight next time.

Although the case appears as expected, I am concerned that one of the zippers is difficult to operate. Not a good sign for a brand new case.

This is the second CB Large Spinner I've bought but I was disappointed to see that they've changed the interior. I much preferred when they used to have the full zippered closing on both sides (the reason I actually bought them!!) I didn't realized they've now removed that feature on the one side. It's a shame. No other suitcases do that and it was fabulous. All of your stuff didn't fall out when you opened the case.

I just don't like hard sided luggage in general. I thought this was different with it looking padded on the sides, but it's not. There's nothing wrong with this piece if you like hard sided luggage. I just don't like all the lumpy hard pieces inside.

Don't like the new style. Liked it when one side was for clothes and the other side was the top

Too large for me to handle. Wish I haven't bought it.

I love the print, the ease of the TSA locks and how well the wheels work. However, the first time I used it one of the support braces under the lining popped off. Then on the return trip home a second support brace popped off. I suppose I could just re glue them, but for the price I expected better construction.

I have a carryon Hardie that I've used for almost 10 years while traveling internationally so I had high hopes for this. It is lovely, holds up well and the pop of pink is great. However, during my first trip with this bag I extended it and the stitching came apart. I was in Italy so that was very inconvenient. I did continue to use the bag by zipping up the extension and using luggage straps to ensure that nothing fell out. Very sad as I was prepared to live this bag.

I love the suitcase but it's been one thing after the other. Bought it in the store but the clerk brought down the wrong box containing a different suitcase. So I returned it for the correct one and when I took it out of the box it was damaged so I have to return it yet again.
