I'm afraid I do not like it at all. I was wanting to go smaller, but do not like this size at all. I thought I had a good idea of the size by reviewing all of the online pictures, etc., but once it arrived, I don't like it. I usually purchase the hipster. I have debated on returning it, but I do not have the original packaging, so according to the return policy I need to have it to do so. I love the pattern, but the purse is too small. (Plus, I don't like how thin the strap is...)

I travel roughly 200 days each year, and this Vera style has always been a lifesaver and indispensable to my travel gear. But the last two I have bought have been a huge disappointment. I bought one last year, and the strap broke on my second use. Then I just purchased this one, and it appears there have been some recent style changes that are awful. The front zipper constantly sticks, requiring two hands to even get it open...not the most convenient when trying to reach in quickly to grab my ID or credit cards while hurrying through the airport. The front pouch has a different cut, and I find it difficult to fit in the items I used to. And the cross strap is thinner and feels very cheap. I'm so sad that now I have to find another catch all style to replace a wallet and purse when I travel. It's a shame this style has changed so much.

My keys would not fit on it. It is make into the key fob so I had to put another ring on it so my key would fit

The purse was defective. I contacted the company, sent photos and was told a new purse would be sent to me. I am still waiting.....it's been a while.

Ordered this keychain along with a bag. Did not know there was a snap on the fabric strap but thought it was a brad. Snap is weak therefore keys could be lost. To return would use up almost all the 15.00 refund so pointless. I should have picked one up at my insurance co for free.

Why did you ruin a good bag? Hate the metal zipper. Hate the skinnier strap. Hate that the strap is stiff almost like it was glued on something else to save material. The outside zipper doesn't open as much. What good is a quick wallet if you can't get into it easily? Lastly, I miss the magnet closure on the slip. Please change it back.

I have several of the Little Hipster crossbodys that I purchased before it was changed & I love them. But since they have changed it, I no longer like it. If the main pocket has things in it, then my Samsung S9 is very difficult to slide in & out of the outside slip pocket. That is a deal breaker for me so this last one went back to the store. I'm really VERY disappointed because the Little Hipster WAS the perfect crossbody for me. If the stitching on each side of the outside slip pocket went in about 1/4 of an inch less on each end, then my phone would fit. I emailed VB with that suggestion but have never received a response. It doesn't have a coin pocket in the wallet area, but I would just use one of my ID coin purses from VB & I was good. They also changed the zipper on the wallet pocket & it does not slide open & close as easily as the old style. I hope VB will consider adjusting the slip pocket to accommodate cell phones.

I have purchases several of these purses because I love them BUT had to send this one back. The outside pocket no longer has the magnet so the pocket does not close which makes the purse look cheap. They need to tell us in the description the changes they have made. SO VERY DISAPPOINTED

Returned. Took on vacation. Only Vera, small RFID wallet and passport were in it. Stitching came out and zipper pull randomly fell off. Returned and haven't bought anything Vera since.

Cheaply made, very disappointed

I was very disappointed in this product. After just 4 weeks of use, the snap ripped away from purse, both zipper pulls fell off. Not worth the money, I loved using it until it fell apart. No way to fix it so I had to throw away.

I have been buying this purse for many years, this was my eighth one. I loved the size and quality, but changes have been made that cheapen the purse. The material is now very stiff, the strap is narrower, the zipper on the front is a cheap looking metal one doesn't match the top zipper, and it doesn't open all the way around! I no longer associate the Vera name with quality. Wish I would have known that you made these changes before purchasing. Needless to say this was my last purchase of this purse. Don't think the cost savings will be worth it in the long run!!!!

I have used this same little hipster purse for years due to it's perfect size and design. The strap is now narrowed and not soft, hurts my arthritic hands and shoulder. The zipper for the wallet no longer opens all the way making it next to impossible to get your cards in and out. The big metal zipper is hideous and hard to open and close. My older Little Hipsters are smooth, soft, & the zippers work smoothly & easily. Also, what happened to the cute matching ribbons on the zipper? The last two Little Hipsters I bought arrived with the paint already chipping off the zipper pull on top. I hope the few dollars you saved in making this purse is enough to make up in you loss of loyal customers.

Not I have to pay to return damaged purse! Not happy!

Was so excited to receive the Mini Hipster today, but unfortunately the zipper pull tab on the outside pocket broke off as I was unzipping it for the first time. DIdn't even have a chance to use the bag. So frustrating because I have been a Vera Bradley customer longer than I can remember and I feel things like this shouldn't happen. Maybe someone should check on Quality Control.

I have 8 of these and love them.....this one is awful!!! 1) does not have magnet on outside pouch; outside pouch does not go all the way across; has ugly metal zipper on wallet section that only opens part way. Section does not have pleats to help open. Impossible to see or easily reach your cards, license, change, etc

I love the fabric, but Vera Bradley doesn't put any dividers in her purses

Love the fabric design, hate the fabric. Strap & material are rough to the skin, feels cheap. My 12 older Little Hipsters are smooth, soft, & the zippers work smoothly & easily. The new zippers are rough, hard to slide. Once I manage to get the zipper to work, the front wallet section doesn't open wide enough to reach anything easily. I love the Vines Floral pattern and the RFID protection. But the quality has deteriorated so much that I won't be buying any more Vera Bradley products. I, too, am giving up on VB after years of loving your products.

This was s disappointment and o will be returning it ASAP. I would like to have a free return. This was notions to Vera Bradley standards!

This bag is little but ..they pattern is nice online. The bag I got looks like, they took they extra material, and used it so they would not have any wasted material. The pattern they use is real ugly.Looks like they just slapped it together ..so disappointed . I am returning it . I would was a waste my money . If you can go to the store and see the bag before you purchase do it. Don't buy to online. They don't care what the end product looks like. Not sure if you have someone checking these items before they leave the production line.
