As someone who usually wears 4E wide shoes, the Vans Wides are not really wide enough for me, but they're a step in the right direction. Historically I wear a half size up in Vans. The wides allow me to wear a half size down (so true to size for me) to achieve about the same width fit as my old Vans, but at a more appropriate length front to back, so I don't have to tie the shoes so tight.

Grew up a vans guy. But being a big dude with wide feet, the vans would hurt my feet after all day shenanigans. I'd had to size up for comfort, now I don't with the wides! I hope vans will make the cush comfort in wide!

I wear these nearly everyday casually and for work. I'm on my feet 10-12 hours with no foot fatigue. These shoes look.grwat and feel great.

I've worn new balance, merril, nike, adidas, chucks, skechers & Vans has the best shoe for daily wear for individuals with flat, wide feet.

I love vans! I got these in a wide and i would recommend going a size smaller with wide. Im usually a 7 but i got an 8 just incase but its a bit too big

An actually roomy toe box! Yes!
Be advised there is zero arch support, and very little cushioning. Go a half size up and put an insole in if you need those things.

This is a perfect shoe for casual, sport attire. The shoe is sturdy and feels like it'll wear well. I like that it comes in W. No "break in" time.

Felt like heaven to have a wide enough toe box. There's very little arch support, and I'm going to replace the insole with a more cushioned insole. The back of the shoe, near the heel, is a little loose, so I don't think I'll wear them for walking alot, so I don't get a blister, but they're comfortable overall for wearing around the house and running errands.

The wide fit vans look basically the same as the normal fit but they are so much roomier. I generally wear Birkenstocks for sandals so I like room for my toes to spread out and these fit the bill. I just wish they came in more color options and more styles! I would buy a gumsole in every color!
