I bought this necklace barely a month ago. It's super cute and just what I was looking for, except for the quality... it's already badly scratched and rusty. I always make sure to take it off before the shower but this still happened. Extremely disappointed, especially because I normally love Kate Spade products

I bought two for both my best friend and I for our birthdays. I was so excited to receive them, and they were beautiful, but only for the first few weeks. For a $60 necklace.. from Kate Spade.. i wouldn't have expected it to rust and scratch like it did. I would not recommend. I'm definitey disappointed in this purchase :/

pretty cheap material, gives me (a person who has never had reaction to necklaces) a neck rash

Great looks but whenever I wear it the place that you hook it falls to meet the pendant. ALL THE TIME. so I have to constantly fix my necklace...

Too large for me so it looks tacky when I wear it. I'm returning it but it could look nice on others.

Pretty small for the price you have to pay..was expecting item to be much bigger.

I bought this while on vacay in NYC. Loved it until it started to loose its shine and tarnish. Because you're only able to return things to the store where it was purchased within 30 days, well that wasn't possible since I don't live in NYC. I wasted $88 on a piece of junk. I expected better from Kate Spade

Never revived this item never shopping with you again.

Likely discounted because it arrived broken. Poor quality

Had to return, arrived badly tarnished. Very disappointed, I ordered the regular gold and am hoping that comes in nicer!

I did not care for the gold coloring.

Got this is a birthday present for my sister so we could have matching necklaces. I wear another necklace 24/7 which is real gold and it scratched up the Kate Spade one. Not durable at all. Now this necklace looks terrible even from after. Sorry for bad photo quality but you can still clearly see the damage just from pairing it with another piece of jewelry. JUNK!

I've bought two of these (M and C) and was looking to buy one more for my daughter's initial, the letter V, but Kate spade doesn't sell the letter V. What a stupid decision on Kate spades part , and not inclusive.

Paid 30 dollars for one day shipping and ended up waiting about a week. I only got refunded 25 dollars back. Awful service

i got this for a present and it came broken and when we called they refused to give me a new one when it was their fault.

LOVED THE NECKLACE BUT UNFORTUNATELY IT CAME BROKEN. IT WAS A GIFT AND WHEN SHE OPENED IT, THE LOCK PART WAS BROKEN AND IT IS ALREADY SOLD OUT SO I COULDN'T GET A REPLACEMENT

Horrible, cheap, initial not well done, I have ordered in the past they were much different quality
