Charm was smaller than expected; clasp has the Kate spade charms and makes the clasp heavier than the charm, therefore the clasp slides around to the charm instead of staying behind the neck. Even so- I like the necklace. The rose gold is lovely. I am happy I didn't pay full price.

I frequently buy Kate Spade Necklaces to wear daily for myself for years. I bought this as a gift, and bought one for myself. The chain is a shorter length than the average they used to do, and the heart and initial is much more smaller than expected. I still wear it since this was a final sale.

This is very pretty but it looks like jewelry for a child. It is so tiny!

A very pretty necklace but the rose gold comes off very easily. The quality seems poor in comparison to what I'd expect from Kate Spade.

I bought this pendant but realized after I got it that it was Rose Gold and not Gold. As pictured I thought it was gold but had to read further to find that it was Rose Gold. My mistake. Not what I thought but is nice.

I received two rose gold pendants a week ago and upon getting them I was pleased. Just a week later I noticed one of the necklaces was starting to turn silver in two places. Not sure why that happened, but I'm not ok with that given what I paid.

My husband bought this for me and I absolutely loved it. However, after a month or so, I noticed it is tarnished and the rose gold is falling off on both sides of it.. very disappointing.

I bought the same pendant half a year ago and was extremely happy with it. I unfortunately lost it and so ordered a second but this one tarnished within a week and is losing its rose gold colour. Im a little disappointed as I never experienced this with the first one.

I love personalized things and I want to love this necklace, but it's so tiny. I haven't even worn it yet because every time I try, I decide it's too small.

I'd recommend this necklace it's adorable but I'm really disappointed there aren't more letters.

My daughter received an M for her 8th grade graduation, it is lovely but it has tarnished and she is asking for a new chain. Bummer.

Super pretty and classic, but after awhile it became majorly tarnished. It looks bronze now because the gold has almost completely come off

I loved this necklace when I received it. The first few months I wore it were great, it was the perfect necklace and I love the message on the back. Unfortunately, the gold color began to wear off and it is now a rusty color. It looks horrible. Save your money, it just isn't worth it. I was terribly disappointed, it was my favorite necklace

I wish the letter stamp was a cleaner stamp and clasp feels weak - like it may break. My friend has the same one and hers is turning brown,

I bought this necklace in December for my daughter, she started wearing it in early spring and now the chain has turned completely black. I expected a better quality. The plate is fine.

Had it not even a year never wear it in the shower or pool it's already turning. Contacted customer service and they informed me it's only fashion jewelry and that they can't help how it wears. I wouldn't waste my money and just buy something that will last

I received this necklace for Christmas. About a week ago the end of the chain broke off, but still useable. Now, the clasp has broken. Wouldn't recommend buying as it does not last long at all.

The initial was smaller than expected.

The necklace looked nice at first but I was upset to see it had a random quote on the back that was not advertised on the item listing. It did not say the necklace would include a "you are my one in a million quote" on the back. Now it will be an awkward gift to give to my friend

I bought this as a gift for my granddaughter. I'm disappointed with the size and quality of this product. It's very small and looks more like a child's necklace than for an adult.

It scratches and tarnishes immediately. You could get the same quality from a place like Claire's.

While I admit it has been a few years since I purchased the initial pendant for my daughter, I would expect a piece of jewelry at this price to maintain a better condition. She got a good few years wearing it in its unblemished state, but at this point, the finish is wearing off, revealing an entirely different color underneath, and it generally looks in pretty bad condition.
