I love it! its soo simple and cute I honestly thought it would be a tiny bit bigger but i got it as a gift for my cousins birthday and she was soo please with the size.

I bought this a couple days ago and I'm in love, the charm was a bit smaller than I expected and it's super light weight doesn't weigh down. I love it so much

It comes in a really great color. Comes smaller than expected but other than that I really liked it.

It is perfect for my granddaughters birthday gift. Delicate, yet a strong statement.

I was hesitant to buy this because the lack of reviews but I'm so glad I did! It's the perfect everyday necklace and I love it! Only downside is that the clasp slides to the front every so often but that's an easy fix!

This is a very pretty necklace. It is also very small. I wish I had bought it for my 10 yr. old granddaughter and not my 13 yr old granddaughter. Not really sure if I'll give it to her or not. It is, like I said very pretty though. Saying I would recommend, but for a younger child.

I actually really love this necklace. The heart is smaller than I thought and I actually prefer the subtleness. The only thing I was unsure of was the tone of the rose gold, it's a bit intense in color. I prefer a lighter rose gold tone.

I received this stunning pendant for Christmas 2 years ago. I wore this necklace every day, I only took it off during lacrosse practice, showering, or being in the pool. It held up for 2 years but randomly a few weeks ago it broke after school. I was devastated. The pendant is still perfectly fine but the stunning chain is no longer together. I'm upset and I definitely think if you're going to wear this necklace all the time make sure you know it will most likely wear and tear within two years.

my boyfriend got me this pendant, i find it a little too simple, but i like the back message that says "one in a million". i just feel like it looks cheaply made and not the best quality

Bought this for my wife, loved the look on the web, I ordered it. When I got it it was super small. About half the size I was expecting. Maybe I missed the fine print. To sum it up; looks great, is really small. Wife still loved it.

The color is so pretty and it looks so nice. Te best part is that you decide the length, so that allows you to wear it with so many different types of cloth.

I bought 7 of these necklaces for my bridesmaids and flower girl. They are pretty but I thought that they looked a bit cheap. The pendant is larger than I expected. The necklaces come in these plastic packages that kind of look like something that you'd purchase from Claire's. I didn't purchase the gift boxes online and regretted it as they each came with a large jewelry bag (not velvet) that I also thought looked cheap. I attempted to buy the boxes in a Kate Spade store but was not able to as I wasn't purchasing merchandise. One of the necklaces came with scratches and I had to return it and purchase a new one; their customer call centre was really helpful and friendly but it still took 3 months to get a refund. Overall, I am excited to give them to my bridesmaids but feel like I could have purchased something of the same quality for a lesser expense.

It is a tiny little charm on the necklace but very cute!

i got this a few months ago as a birthday gift from my boyfriend. its so cute and simple and i wear it everyday, take it off only to shower, and now after about 7 months, the rose gold is fading and looks tarnished. i wish there was a way to prevent this or fix it

My boyfriend bought this necklace for my birthday and I am extremely happy with it. When I first got it, it did have a couple scratches. We called customer service and they made the exchange super easy! My new one is on its way and just in time for me to wear it on my birthday day!

I bought this as a birthday present for myself. It is such a beautiful, delicate necklace! My only complaint would be that its not actually engraved...its a smooth surface so I cant tell which side is facing out. I would definitely buy again though.

The necklace looks lovely but a simple gift box should be included. The few cents that would cost Kate Spade would go a long way toward customer happiness.

I gave it 4 stars because part of my chain broke. The part that makes it longer. I can still wear it, but I'm disappointed I cannot make it much longer.

I ordered these five beautiful initial pendants - one for each of my bridesmaids. I know these are gifts that they will actually wear and enjoy and can't wait to give them to them! My only complaint is that I only was sent three gift boxes for five necklaces.

i had the gold plated version of this necklace for years, wore it every day, and never took it off. it did start to show its wear and the plating was coming off so i have been without it for over a year now and i've missed it terribly! i cannot wait for my new one to arrive !
