I love the look of this casual Chelsea boot and was delighted by the fit, which is perfect for my slightly wider than medium width foot. Interestingly, it fit differently from the same shoe with the white sole. I had to return that one because the toe box was so shallow the tops of my toes were pressing against the top of the shoe. But these are perfect.

I love these shoes. They are wide enough for my feet but not a wide looking shoe. They were comfortable from the second I put them on. Been wearing them for two weeks and I won’t take them off. I’ll probably buy several pairs.

Exactly what I wanted: a comfortable shoe to wear with ankle pants that would hold up to a lot of walking and standing. I get compliments every day.

These were just what I was looking for! A casual sneaker that looks good with everything. A little pricey, but I'm confident they'll hold up well and will last a long time.

I am an Ecco fan and was glad to try their Chelsea boot. I wanted a neutral, flat Chelsea. This boot meets that goal, but the shaft is shorter than I'd hoped (more a bootie), and the leather upper was a stiff, smooth material that I did not think would wear well.

I ordered these in the black with the black sole and I am not impressed. I expected the same level of arch support as in the Soft 7 shoe but it is not there. I have a large foot and don’t like the way these look on me. I think the black with the white sole might look better.

Worst costumer service , that’s why I returned, they didn’t want to match the price with Ecco website, better training!!!

Very pleased this ECCO in my usual size 8 M. The color taupe is dark like a medium brown.

Definitely OUT OF THE BOX COMFORT! Purchased these for our trip to Europe . Lots of walking tours with Rain. Feel great , quality material. Will update later on how they hold up.

So comfortable, but the shoe ran big and the style of the shoe is too long in the front

I have a bunion so the shoes are too tight in the toe area and too loose in the heel.

Love them! Great casual option to wear instead runners.

I have this Ecco chelsea boot and I have been wearing it SO much, that I wanted a newer pair that is less scuffed up. It fits amazing out of the box. And is so easy to pull on with the ankle loop. And it goes with anything I put on. I wish they came in a lighter color for summer!

These boots fit perfect! The tiniest bit stiff in the beginning, but then, I don't want to ever take them off! They are so comfortable. Perfect for an upcoming trip to Europe.

This bootie is just what I needed for an upcoming trip to Ireland & Scotland. They are like wearing a comfortable tennis shoe. I don't want to take them off they are so comfortable. Great arch support, but not too much. Color is nice and neutral, very stylish. You can never go wrong with Ecco.

This is a beautiful boot, but I was hoping for more comfort from the Soft 7 model. And the pull tab is too small for a finger so you need a shoe horn to put on the boot which makes it very inconvenient. Otherwise, I would have kept these boots. I love ECCO and prefer to buy them when possible.

The white band around the sole is actually a dark cream color, not as pictured. Gives the soles almost a dirty look. When I scrubbed at a scuff, the cream actually took on a yellow tint where I scrubbed, which is super annoying. I would have preferred more of a white. Construction is not as neat as I would have expected from this price point; some areas didn't seem trimmed well or finished well. I actually wondered at first if they were not genuine Eccos. I usually wear a size 10 womens. The 41 was way too big and wide, even with thick socks. I sized down to a 40, which is slightly snugger than I would like, but after wearing them for a few hours, I think they'll be OK. The support feels pretty good and the inside of the shoe is nice and smooth. All in all, a mixed bag, but I think they look cute overall and should last a couple seasons at least.

This boot felt wonderful and is well made. The color just didn't go well enough with anything in my closet. I chose to return it.

The shoe seemed long and big as well. Weird. I love Ecco shoes. These just do not fit. I bought Ecco Soft 7 Bootie instead. Great!

Love these boots - purchased last year for my trip and walked all over with no discomfort. These fit very. well - not like the newer ECCO styles. I would purchase again - maybe I should!
