I got these for my husband and he loves them. They look nice on him and they seem very tts in both length and width and he says they're very comfortable. He gets a lot of people asking where he got them when we're around town. Cute!

My favorite shoe. Easy on and off. Wear well, even when wet. Gorgeous pebbled leather.

Amazing shoe! In sneakers I usually wear a 10. These run large The 9-9.5 are PERFECT. stylish, slimming, comfortable. I hope Ecco keeps making theses!

These Ecco boots don’t have quite the arch support present in their sneakers but they’re still very comfortable for my morning walk. The fit on my sneaker is a bit more narrow but I suspect they expect me to wear thicker socks with a boot. Wish they made the boot without the white edging on the sole but I’m still happy with my purchase.

Got the black with white sole and the black leather is so shiny it looks like a rain boot. No arch support but otherwise comfortable with plenty of room, and easy to get on and off. Overall cute, but they looked and fit so much like rain wellies I couldn’t justify the expense. Sadly they’re going back.

The shoes are super cute in the picture, but they just didn't look right on my feet.

This boot is cute, leather is good quality, and the taupe color is a nice change, but apparently this style runs small. In every other Ecco shoe/boot I have tried, a 5/5.5 is perfect, with room for socks. Not this one. Order a half or full size up.

Not like my other Soft 7 booties--these had a rough cloth lining. It felt rough, even with heavier socks. So, sadly, I returned these and I am still looking for black Soft 7's with a black sole.

Something was wrong with the left shoe arch or inside seam. I tried a different insole and that didn't help, it felt like the seam along that area was really stiff and bulky so unfortunately I am returning the boots. Overall they are very lightweight and I'm not sure how durable they would be after some length of time or wear

I have 3 pairs of Ecco shoes in this size and they all fit. This Chelsea boot felt huge, even with thick socks.

Shoe was too wide and not very supportive. Reminded me of rain boots. Returned them.

Details...disappointing fit from Ecco, a brand whose shoes and sandals I have bought over the years. Unfortunately, sizing varies from style to style. With this particular shoe, leather and style are quite nice and lightweight but the fit is terrible for someone with wedge-shaped feet--toebox too narrow and heel too wide. Support is acceptable given there is volume enough for an orthotic.

You didn’t send the boot I ordered. I ordered the one with the white bottom and you sent the all black. In addition, boot felt a little too plastic to me so I returned it.
