I sure had high expectations after all the hype and endless tv advertisement. My waist is 38 which is on the low side of the measurement guides for a large. I knew soon as I took these out of the package that they were going to be a problem. These looked like shrunken speedo swim trunks. Yes, they are very stretchy and I fitted into them without trouble, but I was not expecting these underwear to feel like a second skin. My main complaint is that the front pocket or man area or whatever feels too snug. I have been wearing trunk underwear for 20 years, mainly Calvin Kleins, and decided to give theseTJs a try. I am not pleased. They are too tight, too sheer, and dont look like theyll survive 5+ years like my CKs. I would love to give a larger size a try, maybe with a thicker fabric but the cost makes that an expensive gamble. I was not expecting tight speedos that feel and look somewhat like modified womens underwear with barely any room in front.

Bought these to try after usually wearing arma chillo from Duluth trading. Was hoping the no roll waist and no sagging were going to be an improvement. Not really. Material was comfortable and seem well constructed.

Feel good but wont pay this price again for them.

fit was ok and fabric is very comfortable but waist band bunches up and hem around thigh openings isn't flexible so they pull the shorts down slightly. I don't know how they justify their price when they simply do online selling.

I like the Cool Cotton Trunk, but don't understand why they're so expensive. I pay a premium for other apparel (including underwear) and often justify the added expense, but not sure about these one time through the cycle.

I still fell warm when wearing them. I have yet to find a pair of underwear that keep me cool and not make me sweat so much

Rode up on my thighs. Not as comfortable as your other underwear that I have tried.

I purchased these a year ago and loved them needed to reorder and the new trunks are tighter than the old. Not the same still good but snugger

Fit good at waist, legs roll up

Comfortable and awesome material, but fit runs large. I am a 33 and ordered a medium (31-34), but the trunks ran large. Felt like the sizing was more 33-36.

Keeps riding down especially rear.

The fit is good and the material is super soft. The one complaint I have is that the stitching up the outseam can be a little itchy...

This style the legs ride up

The material is VERY comfortable. However, they tend to ride up and have to be adjusted. I tried these because they were a little less expensive then the second skin bxr briefs which were my first purchase. The second skin ones I own are hands down the most comfortable pair of boxers I own out of every brand I've ever tried because they stay put. Unfortunately, the cotton trunks do not.

The underwear is amazing but is not long lasting which is disappointing given the price. It becomes threadbare after a year or so due to normal wear and washing. I bought another set anyway because its the best I've found. That said, a friend suggested I try Under Armour which I plan to do.

Wont stay up

Nice trunk. The are smooth and comfortable. but by the end of the day, the legs do ride up. Any worse than the other popular athletic fabric type trunks, No. But not any better.

By hearing the commercial on the radio I was expecting these really comfortable underwear. I ordered the size I would normally buy but they just felt too tight on the legs and the groin area.

The last 2 pairs that I received were replacements for two pairs that the stitching ( at the top of the front vent) unraveled after only a few washings. After contacting customer service and forwarding all requested info and pics, I received 2 replacement pairs. Unfortunately, after only ONE washing, one of the pairs began to unravel at the same exact location as the others had. I caught it early enough and repaired it in the corner that was unravelling before it came completely undone. This is completely unacceptable considering the price per pair that is charged( even with promo discounts) . I do like the overall fit and quality/ feel of the fabric but because of the poor quality of the stitching, I could only give a 3 star rating. I certainly hope TJ can solve this issue because other than that, they do have a pretty good product.

A couple of pair came with holes in them around the waist band like they were not sewn well. They were replaced at no charge but a quality issue.
