Cool Cotton wasn't for me, the fabric feels nice but kept riding up my legs and giving me the dreaded wedgie. I wasn't doing any physical activity, just wore them to work in the office. Tried to exchange them but was denied, so much for their guarantee.

I wasn't doing any physical activity, just wore them to work in the office. Since I had an issue with the 1st pair, I wore the 2nd pair thinking it was probably just some type of defect. I had the same issue with the 2nd pair. I inquired about an exchange but was told since I wore them they couldn't be exchanged/returned. So much for that best pair you'll ever wear or it's free guarantee? Instead they credited my account for 1/2 the price of 1 pair, nice gesture but come on, at least credit me the full cost of 1 pair. I would have ordered a couple pairs of the my go to, the Go Anywhere Trunk, but now I'm not so sure. With the amount of $ I've spent, you'd think they would go a little further for such a loyal customer.

I was impacted many time by the ads run for Tommy Johnto the point where I had to try them. I bought two different types and sizes because the first one was too big so I tried a different type and went down a size. They are ok but based on the price I will not bother again. I am disappointed because the ads were so good I was looking forward to them.

I wouldn't know i never got it. ! And they sent it back without my permission. Plus they cancelled it without my permission ! I am very angry and they never gave me any resolution over it other than a sorry. Wow

The seams on the fly unraveled in several places on the FIRST washing. They fit comfortably, but they are basically the same fit as Calvin Klein underwear, and CK seems to be much higher quality for the same price.

The seam in the front pouch rubs at your private parts. I kept adjusting things all day to avoid the rubbing but ultimately it just became to frustrating to do especially at this price.
