This is a very nice looking shoe. What I like best about it is when you look down at your foot and see it is giving some good definition from the sides. So many other pumps have no support from the sides so your foot just spreads out and looks fat. This one is very flattering. As far as comfort there’s just a tiny amount of pressure coming across the big toe joint that is keeping it from being perfect. I’ve tried about six different pairs of similar pumps to find one that I could handle with my problem feet. This one wins.

I need the wide width for my toes but not my heels. So, the heels slipped off when I walked in them. Reluctantly, I had to send them back even though the color was perfect, and the front of my foot was really comfortable. I also would have preferred a slimmer heel.

Not as padded as I expected. Great toe box fit. Gap at heel causes slipping. Sadly had to return. I really wanted these to work out

This was the third pair I ordered. I normally wear a 9W but the first pair, not Clarks but Trotters were ridiculously big. I then ordered another Trotter in 9M and well - too small. So went with Clarks and a size 9 1/2 M. The width is great but the length a little too big. I will keep them and put an insert in at the front of the shoe so that my foot doesn't slide. I wish it could take even a 1/2 orthotic (Vionic) which would help. So these aren't way way too big but just slightly. Am tired of ordering and returning. Will keep these. Very nice looking shoe.

The shoe seemed to fit ok, for the short time that I was able to wear it. It was just painful everytime I took a step.

These pumps are great! (they do NOT squeek). Very versatile and less expensive than Cole Haan.

I love the shoes, but they run wide. I will be wearing these on Christmas and will wear a thicker leotard/pantyhose so I think I can make them work. They are very comfortable and stylish without having too high of a heel.

This particular shoe runs large. I initially ordered my normal size, 8 W, but had to exchange for a 8 M. It is a little snug for the widest part of my foot, but will loosen, with time. The quality and comfort are good.

I normally wear a size 8 in a c width, but I prefer a wide width for my wide feet. These shoes in an 8 wide runs really large in length. My feet fall out of them when walking. Don't know why manufacturer makes wide width shoes feel like an 8 1/2 in length.

These are absolutely the most comfortable pumps I have ever worn in my 42 years of life. SO COMFORTABLE!

Comfortable right out of the box. Simple, yet dressy. I'm very happy with these shoes.

Wonderful shoe, just what I wanted. Left one fits perfectly, but the right hits a spot that causes discomfort--for ME. It's not the shoe, it's my foot!

These shoes look very classy & expensive. I picked suede version. Comfortable and stylish. Low heel but still sharp looking due to not too pointy toe. Heel slips slightly but I used heel pads and it fixed it. All in all worth the price.

These leather black pumps are very comfortable nice foot bed with nice support, true to size and width love the heel a total classic and chic. I'll be ordering the Camel color too, as soon as I find them. Hope they bring more colors like burgundy red, OMG they'd be gorgeous but nope not seen them.

comfy but a tad bit too big

Clarks is a dependable brand for fit and comfort and quality. Ilve never had a problem with their shoes.

Fit is prefect. Color and style is as pictured. Suede is nice, looks like they will wear well. Pretty much as expected. The only reason I gave a four is, for the other loyal Clarks customers, they are comfortable ... for a pump. This is not a comfort shoe, like Clarks walkers. But, I'm glad Clarks did make a nice low-heeled pump.

These are the perfect everyday pumps. You can wear them with anything and walk-on most surfaces, and they are comfortable enough to stand for hours. I cannot tell how long the suede will last but the footbed is super comfortable, and I will order another color as soon as Zappos restocks my size. Great everyday office shoes!
