I’ve worn Clarks for years. I love them. I’ve always worn an 8M. I bought them for a special occasion weekend trip and suffered because they were too big. I ended up giving them to my daughter who wears a 9M, a win-win for her this time.

UNEVEN feeling heels when walking in. I've never experienced anything like it in all the heels i've worn before. Had to return.

the brand and specs for a work shoe sounded great for my teen in food service, however they were quite narrow off the bat, but Worse was when she walked in them.... THEY SQUEEEKED WITH EVERY STEP, like, outrageous noise, we will return and find an alternative. So dissapointed.

Size for length was fine, a little on the large size but the toes were squished (even more than usual in a pointy toe)

Leather was rigid and a little narrow in the toe.

Very tight in the toe plus toe cleavage - didn't expect that from a sensible pump. The shoe is very pretty, love the black suede and black heel.

I've had foot surgery, and as much as I wanted these to work, they hurt. Sadly, must return.

purchased these thinking a lower heel for work, more comfortable NO, the heel was not flat to the floor, felt like i stepped on something that threw off flat contact of the floor. Also the part of the shoe that goes from toes to top of foot was WAYY too long onto top of foot, it cut into top of foot. After a 4 hour shift i made decision to return. These were just uncomfortable on Too many levels.

I wanted to love these shoes. And style-wise they are so cute and exactly what I was looking for but they hurt my feet so bad! I ordered a M width, maybe a W width would be better?

Liked the show but even the wide was very narrow in the toe box.

I bought these to wear to a wedding. They arrived the day before the wedding (I ordered a week in advance) and I didn't sufficiently try them on and take them for a test walk. Once I put them on the day of the wedding, they were much too big. We were running late and I didn't have a choice but to wear them. Wrong decision --I could barely walk in these shoes because they kept falling off. I always wear a size 9, so for these shoes to be so big on my feet tells me that they were marked incorrectly. Unfortunately, I am now stuck with a pair of shoes that I will NEVER wear again. If you like this style, please make certain that you take the time to really walk around in them. The few minutes that I had them on the night before the wedding wasn't sufficient even though I can typically trust my instincts about fit within 10 seconds of having them on. It sucks to spend money on items that don't work and have no recourse to get your money back.

The fit was accurate. The top of the shoe was just very unattractive. Very pointed toe yet the section across the top of the foot above the toes was very thick looking, rather orthopedic looking. A disproportionate look.
