Amazing sneakers! Im a garbage man, so these are perfect! I do a lot of running and lifting. They're comfortable, have ankle support, and are relatively water resistant. Perfect for working and being active outside.

Bought these to replace a pair of boots that had started to leak. I wear them to hike and walk the dogs.
They took about a week to bed in, but I find them amazingly comfortable to wear for extended periods.

Love the look, fit and comfort of the shoe. First hike was 10 miles and I never felt like I had to break them in. Very happy.

Did a great job waterproofing and if I got cold water in, because of how well it kept my feet warm it just heated up the water. Definitely worth it. Also super light as a hiker. Just felt like I was wearing running shoes.

Very comfortable and lightweight compared to other boots.
Neat range. This specific style wasn't for me in the end but would still recommend!

These are more comfortable than I was expecting. I have wide feet so often struggle with having to compromise but not with these.

I have arthritis in my big toe joint (hallux rigidus). Previously had to wear mountain boots with podiatrist-modified soles. Due to more exercise, feet got shredded. Found these and I have not looked back. No mods required. Very comfy. The sole is like a rocker but much more stable laterally than past attempts by MBT and Skechers. Expensive but essential. I just hope Adidas don't change them for future versions or discontinue them.

This a light weight comfortable hiking boot. I've worn them around town but the real test will come this fall when hit some trails.

I bought these for my husband, who does HVAC in South Texas, two weeks ago. It was the best decision & purchase I've made in ages! He raves about them, saying that due to the light weight compared to his workboots, his feet do not hurt after work, and he hasn't complained about his ankles or knees lately either, which is unusual. He loves that they breathe so his feet don't get so hot, and he was amazed to discover their water resistance when he found himself in a drainline situation that would have soaked his boots and feet before the switch. We are thrilled with these shoes!

I purchased a pair of these two years ago and was hooked. I then purchased the mesh version and then another goretex pair. They are like walking on clouds and I have essentially replaced my hiking boots with these. Great on the trail and in urban settings. Wish they made an all black mesh version in sizes that fit women.

I already have a pair of terrex Swift which are pretty much my go to hiking boots, I've had them for years and are a fantastic boot but the free hiker 2 gore-tex absolutely blew them out the water. I have honestly never wore a boot as comfortable as these, first walk I done was an 8 mile off road, loads of different terrain, mud, tree roots, scree, they held up brilliantly, loads of traction, loads of support and did I mention I live in Scotland so it was obviously raining, by the time I got home my feet were dry and suffered absolutely no fatigue. For me going forward I don't think I'll buy another boot bar these.

If you are in the market for a good pair of water-resistant sneaker-boots these are the ones. They might run a tap big but with a thick pair of socks on they are perfect. If sizing is an issue I would try them out in person if at all possible. If that's not an option, you can always cop them, and try them out. If they are not fitting to your standards you can always return them. But for me they fit as I would expect a sneaker-boot to fit: not snug and not too big.
