The boots were purchased for the weatherproof design and lug sole. The fit of the boot was uncomfortable. The heels rubbed and the top of my feet were pinched. Also the soles felt slippery.

Great quality but the fit is all wrong. The shaft is way too big & the shoe is tight.

I was really excited about these boots because the description says they have a stretch panel in them, and I have muscular calves. However, wide calf boots are always huge around the ankles and look ridiculous on me. I ordered these in the brown and there is ZERO stretch. It's a shame because they are really beautiful in person.

These boots appeared to be high quality with a clean, stylish profile. Unfortunately the fit didn't work out for me. I found the boot shaft to be both too tall (I am 5'7") and too large for me. The gap especially at the ankle was just too wide.

I want to give a 5-star review, but I can not. The three stars are well deserved as the leather is supple and gorgeous, the footbed and sole the same, perfect. However, the circumference and height of the shaft are too large. The shaft is very wide and, as a result, sloppy looking. The front of the shaft hits the middle of the knee (I am 5'5), while the back hits the center of the back, which feels awkward. I wish this boot came with a shorter shaft and smaller circumference.

Nice looking boots and they are good for wet weather, but even though my feet are pretty big and if anything I would size up from the 10 I got, these boots gave me big blisters on my heels.

Loved the look of the boots...leg too tight.

I have short legs (I'm 5'3") and I was hoping these would hit just at my knee but unfortunately they go over my knee and hit behind my knees as I'm walking. Otherwise, I like them.

Love these boots. Hate that they don't fit my leg. Wish they were stretch in the back.

Love the look of the boot however the leather is loose and saggy by the ankle and mid calf. The back fabric does not provide enough support to hold the shape of the boot

Purchased these with absolute certainty they would fit. The pictures are deceiving given it looks like they are wide with a bit of slouch. This is not the case. They are a beautiful color and look amazing but the width at the top is very narrow. They were impossible to get on. Sadly, I had to return.

Cute boot but not for me. The footbed fit fine but the shaft was WAY too high and there were no measurements I could find on the website before I ordered. Returned them.

The boot hits at the wrong spot on the knee. All the reviews about that were correct.

Bring back AA widths!! I miss the AA width footwear from Cole Haan. These boots are floppy in the ankles and look sloppy on anyone with narrow/finer bone structure. Very disappointed and these are being returned:(

I'm very disappointed with these boots. The black version of the same boot appears to have a stretchy material around the calf. I ordered the light brown color and they do not have any stretch. I had reviewed the comments before ordering and noticed there were some inconsistencies in the comments. I attribute these differences to the fact that these are really two entirely different designs of boots. See the photos. Very frustrating.

Cute boot but I should have listened to the reviews. The calf is too narrow and had to send back. Interesting how the black has an elastic back but this is a solid slip on with a zipper on the inside of the ankle.

The boot fitting around the calk if is tooooo small. If you have medium to large calf this boot will not work.

I order a size up and the boot still is too narrow and will not fit over my calf.
