This rating is just for the customer service, and I'd be happy to change my rating if anyone ever gets back to me. The phone number for customer service goes immediately to voicemail every time. Kind of hard to believe there's high call volume all week long. I saved up for these boots and was very excited to receive, then very sad they didn't fit. I'd like to buy a different pair, but not if I can't resolve this.

The boots are too large overall, especially in the ankle area. I have sent two emails to customer support with no reply. I have also called the number for The Frye Company, and each time there is a recorded message and I am disconnected. I would expect better customer service from The Frye Company. So far, I am very dissappointed.

My boots arrived and to my dismay they have marks on them and the leather came all folded. Terrible condition. I have emailed. Tried chat and emailed again. Forget calling they never answer the phone it just hangs up on you. I dont think I want to exchange them at this point.

As much as I love the look of this boot it didnt come in great condition. Looks worn and the leather is super bent. I have tried contacting customer service via chat and email and no reply.

Love the boot and the color. Should state that they do not come in wide calfjust to let customer know. Love the Frye product.

I opened the box and was so disappointed. I own these same boots in Black but bought them years ago. The color, quality of the leather and toe box design are NOT the same asm pictured nor compared to my black pair. Its disappoints I really wanted these in the cognac color and could not wait for them to arrive. Sadly, they went back.

It seems Frye might be going out of business. They don't answer phone calls anymore. Emails are ignored. There doesn't seem to be a working customer service department. These boots were NEVER DELIVERED. The UPS tracking page says they were damaged in transit somehow; UPS reported the damage to Frye and kept the boots. I've lost hundreds of dollars and Frye is not responding at all. I can't reorder or get a refund because Frye is not responding. Awful company.

Sloppy fitting plain ugly boot ; not able to return since it was a clearance item. Sorry it was a waste of money!

I originally contacted Frye the day after the order was placed to change the size and color. No response. My wife Ann Marie has since emailed 5 times and called 3 times to get these exchanged. Customer service is horrible to say the least.

I read all the reviews saying this runs small. I wear a size 8.5. SO, I ordered a size 9 and they are too large. My heel slips up making the boot unsafe to wear. I have wanted a pair of FRYE boots for years. The return policy is horrible. I would advise to stay away from FRYE online. Extremely disappointed with FRYE. Will not buy here again.

I have Never spent this much on boots before, but I was tired of buying boots that looked nice at first but soon looked cheap. Plus after a few hours my feet were sore. The leather of these boots is so soft and my legs feel hugged and my feet are love them even after wearing them all day. I wish I had bought them years ago.

Purchased these boots for my wife as a birthday gift. The sizing was too big and i had to do an exchange. That's when the nightmare began. I requested multiple times through multiple channels to have someone contact me so i can have the boots on time. No one ever contacted me. You either don't care, or your systems are so antiquated that you have no idea what your customer sentiment is and how to action it. I won't purchase Frye boots again. There are plenty of quality shoe options in the market. BTW - the boots never made it on time for my wife's Birthday to add to the experience. Hopefully Frye can mature to a more 21st century company and will be able to satisfy modern ecommerce customer expectations in the near future. Good luck!

Beautiful Boot!! If order my next pair half size up. I wear 6.5- id get a 7 in this style next time.

These boots are absolutely gorgeous with super soft leather. Length was perfect Im 59 and these come to just below my knee

The exact black boot I was searching for. True to my size 10, and the antiqued black is the perfect amount of antiquing. Very happy, and looking forward to wearing them for a couple decades or more. Thank you for your well made boots Frye!
