A lot of hype about this shoe. Many shoe tubers anointed it as the shoe of the year. For me it's a good shoe but not a great shoe serving best as a daily trainer and recovery shoe. The shoe is surprisingly firm but has decent energy return; I'd expected a feeling similar to the Sacauny 20 or 21, the Novablast is noticeably firmer than the Triumph. The shoe has a decent rocker that will drive you to mid foot strike and the "trampoline" in the forefoot is a positive even if you heal strike the forefoot trampoline will assist. A negative is performance in rain or light road freeze on a cold morning -they are slick for me and I mid foot strike. If I was a heel striker I would not wear them in those conditions. The shoe fits true to size- a tad long but no issues; in general I wear an 11.5 in running shoes and these fit consistent to other shoes I've worn.

Fun shoe. Fits nicely to the foot with great support and comfort. Makes more noise on landing than other shoes

This is a good shoe. The fit is right, there is a good deal of bounce with each step and I have have been less sore all around after a good 4-6 mile run. Also the price I paid with the sale on cyber Monday really helps. Thanks Asics.

I'm 6'0 190 and this shoes cushion has held up better than all the other shoes i have used. I run about 30 miles a week and rotate between two pairs of these and am very pleased with the durability of them. My only complain is I was they had a little better grip for bad weather days.

Comfortable and secure upper. Narrow. Like all ASICS shoes it seems unnecessarily pointy in the toe making the shoe seem almost a half size bigger than it is. Toe box volume is also low. Good lock down though. Heel has too much padding to make up for an otherwise subpar heel lock down, but with the padding it works. Foam is great. When walking around my foot rotates inward at toe off in a way that feels odd like the foam is collapsing on the medial side of the shoe. That feeling goes away when running and my first run I set my second fastest 5k time of the year without trying but the shoe is also extremely unstable along with the liveliness. Running over some rocks along a railroad track the shoe was rolling over left and right like no ones business. It doesn't quite fit my foot or my running style but it is very poppy and peppy and well made.

This shoe fits me very well, very comfortable ride and is more responsive the faster the pace. It has also been great on treadmill days .

I got a good deal on these shoes, they are comfortable and built like a brick house, they only caveat is they can be slippery on wet surfaces, but overall I am enjoying these.

Great shoes with enough comfort and bounce to run your best.

Seems to be a comfortable wear . Feels cushioning and helps while walking the whole day.

Great shoe overall. Performance is outstanding, feels great, looks good. Cant give it 5 stars tho as it is not very durable.

The fit at the toe is more snug than on the Novablast 3 which is a little disappointing.

Purchased this shoe to replace previous daily trainer (NB 880V13,) which I had been well pleased with. Like the NB, this shoe presents smartly, and the midnight/olive oil livery is fantastic. The fit gave me pause. Initially, I did not sense that locked-in feel around the heel. However, I found that once I had laced-up and sat out on my initial run the fit I was looking for seemed to be there. The shoe felt light and bouncy throughout the 5.5 mi breaking run. Dry conditions didn't allow me to put to test the traction of the outsole, but it inspired confidence in the dry on asfalt. It was a balmy 62 degrees Fahrenheit, but the upper appeared to be fairly breathable. It was most certainly comfortable, and the laces have a nice almost stretchy or elastic property to them. I had no issues with them wanting to work loose or come undone. Overall, I am very satisfied with the purchase and look forward to spending more time piling on the easy miles before offering any additional updates.

This shoe is fantastic. I have PR'd on my longer runs. Would've given a 4.5/5 but did not get the option. The only complain is that the tongue of the show sucks into shoe during runs and I have to readjust or retighten the shoe in the middle of my runs.

New heel counter feels a little more secure. I'm not a big fan of the Nexkin mesh in this LE version upper as it doesn't have the stretchiness/flexibility of the jacquard mesh in the standard. I've got three other pair of the standard 3's and the LE doesn't feel any lighter underfoot. Also feels like it runs warmer. Still a fantastic shoe, but I would stick with the standard 3 that I give 5 stars to.

Great shoes! They are super confortable an good looking!

Great cushioning, not exactly race bouncy but very lively and forgiving on the legs. Upper is superb along with the lockdown. Only downside would be on the outsole. Not a lot of miles on it still but I did step on a puddle once and it did feel slippery for a while on dry surface.

Love the upper (great fit, good feeling), Love the foam in midsole. But somehow, due to shape and drop of the shoe, it is hard to land on midfoot or front foot. Somehow, the heel comes in the way. I imagine this will be perfect for people who land on their heel. But the shape can be improved to make it little more democratic. I do not have same issue with nike react or hoka mach 5

But just not quite as good as the NB1. Had these for a month & loving them so far. Would've been 5 stars but they're a tiny bit narrow in the toe box & lose grip if the pavement is anything other than bone dry

Almost a perfect shoe, outsole traction the only thing lacking.

I love the look and performance of the shoe. I was a fan of the NovaBlast 2 but this shoe takes it to another level. While providing a very cushioned ride it still has a lot of energy return and is a lot of fun to run in. The lockdown is outstanding and you can tell the weight drop from last year's shoe. The only complaint is some of the Asics logo has already start to peel off after just a few runs.

The shoe visually looks cool. Nothing to complain about the shoe itself. From the customer perspective, I'm upset that I was not able to return my shoe for a size exchange because the pair had been 'worn'. I realized that after wearing the shoe for about an hour of walking around that I needed a smaller size, for a more comfortable fit. I was told I would be unable to exchange my pair for another because of asics' return policy. So now I'm stuck with the pair I have. I'll have to consider a brand that has a forgiving return policy and higher emphasis on customer satisfaction.
