Does not have an outside pocket. Material picks up everything and is hard to keep hair, lint off of material. Will not buy this fabric again.

Too large. Nice pattern, but I returned it and will try to get something smaller. May just get a purse.

It's really cute and well made. But I bought it initially to carry to work, and it's much smaller than I thought it would be. I didn't want a full sized backpack but it's too small for what I need it for. So I will be exchanging for something else.

Got for my daughter in law. It is was too small, more for a young girl with it being so small. Very well made - just be aware when ordering that it is very small.

It was my fault but I was disappointed that these did not come with the strap. I just assumed they did but didn't.

The window section was poorly sewed. Missed stitches causing window to open as if it were not finished properly

Not of the quality I am used to from Vera Bradley. Very disappointed. I was going to put this in a stocking of a loved one but am ashamed to give it to anyone.

Love the pattern, although, this is very small so not much pattern! I now found a slightly larger one which I was not aware of when purchasing this one. I would purchase the larger one if I was to purchase again.

I love the style and pattern, but instantly ordered too large a tote. I have two other smaller totes and I thought this one was the same size.

At first I wasn't sure that I would like it, because it was a little bit bigger than what I thought it would be. I'm starting to get use to it, but it would be nice to have a purse that was just a little smaller, but not so small I can't get my things in it. I have some purse's from a few years ago, really like the color combinations, haven't seen a lot that are like them. I know everything changes and you go with the younger crowd.

Nice large bag for computers. Was looking for the medium size bag that I carried for years till I wore it out. I have the small tote and it's just that....small. Large tote was advertised as 15 inches....that is only the bottom. the width is actually 19 inches. Needs to be 15 in width also. Love all the pockets for storage. Just need size in between.

I liked the fabric, but the bag was much bigger than I expected. Therefore, I had to return it. I thought a small bag would be pretty small, but it wasn't !

I've had this style bag before and loved it. I was super excited to get this pattern. I am a teacher, and I use the bag to carry my thing back and forth between home and school. It is not easy to slide things into the bag; the inside pockets hang open and catches on everything I put inside. The bag seems very floppy compared to the bags I've had in the past. The bottom doesn't seem as firm either. I'm seriously thinking about converting back to my Vera backpack.

The feel of this, in the recycled material, is different from what I'm used to and expect. I prefer the old (new material) style of manufacturing

The pattern was pretty and the size was perfect. But the quality has gone down, mostly in the straps. The lining is not as well made as the older bags. I ended up returning it.

I love the size but disappointed that it did not have a back zip pocket, like my other one does, I use this zip pocket for my cell phone, not happy with having to use the front pocket, I did place my cell phone in the side pocket and it fell out, thankfully it did not break, please put the back zip pocket back, TY

I really loved the pattern online but the pink was too bright in person. That being said, the bag was just too large. Yet, the small tote is too small. I also don't care for the bag being wider than long. I would love if you made a rectangular tote, medium size, that is longer than it is wide. I returned the bag. Sorry.
