I was expecting the bag to be alot smaller. Ad shows 11.5 x 11.5 Mine was 16x11.5. Way bigger than I wanted. Love the pattern though. More like a beach bag than a pocket book.

This bag is very small. This bag isn' t worth the money. The color is a bit lighter than pictured. I want to return but returning it going to cost me even more because I have to pay for returning the thing bag

Disappointed in this pattern. The colors are a little different than on line. I see no paisley in the pattern at all and even questioned if I had received the wrong pattern. I love Vera Bradley purses as they are lightweight but most disappointed in this one. I would have returned but don't want to loose $6.00 to return.

It's small and cute-looks like a little girls backpack but I just didn't like the color and the pattern (Love You Lots). Which is weird because I love pink but there was just way too much black. Its really popular though and out of stock. I don't know why. I returned it.

This is a great bag. I have it in Purple and Black Microfiber. After using the bags in several different situations over a period of time, my improvement suggestions are to 1. Reduce the length of the shoulder straps by one inch, (for better control of the bag overall) 2. Add an inner zippered pocket along the back (items like pads, tampons, medications that you dont want publically displayed each time you open the bag) 3. A zippered back outer pocket, and 4. A key finder strap attached inside the bag (to the far left side). Thank you for a great tote.

I love everything about the backpack: it's waterproof, black, and can fit my 32 oz water bottle. The only fault it has was that the straps were to short so when you wear it it's really tight. It was hard to easily put on and off.

Cute bag with good organized pockets , zippers, but overall it's too small for an adult. Something more in between a full size and this one would have met my travels needs better. I can't even get a water bottle in the side pockets, so not sure what they are for.

Actually, I was surprised with the size, although I did not want that large!. The material is not soft as other Vera Bradley. It is washable & wondering if the material might soften some after washing.. I ordered the same bag in another color & wish I had not. This is the first time I have been disappointed with Vera Bradley!

Wish it was a little wider. Carry all my money and cards in it. Matches my new purse.

This is a replacement of another one that I loved and completely wore out the handles. The exterior pockets on this one aren't nearly as deep, which I am very disappointed in. I had a system of where everything went and things won't fit in this one. Also the front pocket in the old one had a flap that I preferred over the zipper in this one. I wish you would not have made those changes.

You can go in the outlet stores and save money. The website should be the same instead of charging full price. I figured this out when I sent to a store and seen there prices were 60-70% off. I had already taken tags off bags so couldn't return.

Colors weren't as bright as the picture. I returned it and I don't know how you get away with not funding sales tax

I love the back pack, I do wish there was a size in between it and the campus bag. It's a little smaller than I expected.

Obviously I think the design is cute, or I would not have bought it! I also love the neutral black & white interior. But, I'm disappointed in how horribly this recycled cotton fabric attracted lint, even before using it, and I wasn't wearing a sweater or anything fuzzy. I think I'll keep it, along with keeping a lint roller inside since I like to keep my things looking neat and tidy. However, I'm grateful I bought it on sale for less than 50% of the MSRP, or I certainly would have returned it.. . Also, the hidden exterior side zipper is difficult to open or close, which is also frustrating! Hopefully it will hold up, and loosen up with use. I buy a LOT of Vera Bradley, as a long time fan, but the quality of fabric and hardware has been dwindling for at least a few years, as prices have only been going up. I'm starting to look at other brands. I do love the Performance Twill and microfiber fabrics, and they hold up better, but I miss the days when there were several microfiber colors to choose from.. . Vera Bradley product team, PLEASE add hardware and a detachable, adjustable crossbody strap to this style in the near future! It's almost too small to use as a tote, but I carry crossbody purses 99.8% of the time, so I rarely buy the Small Vera Tote styles.

I like this bag very much, but was disappointed to find that it cannot be washed. It is spot clean only. The signature feature of Vera Bradley used to be washability.

Just wish it was about a 1/4 inch taller so that folded dollars fit better. Otherwise easy to just grab and put in your pocket or a small handbag.

Very attractive and helpful for organizing small items in my pocketbook.
