Thank you for the opportunity to test and review this item. I especially appreciate the hidden pocket for my phone and hope to see that feature on many bags in the future. One other feature that I would like to see is a hidden zipper inside the bag. I would prefer that even at the loss on one of the slip pockets. They, by the way are of a good width and depth. The pattern is very pretty and does not act as a dirt magnet. I have used it for a week, and it is still clean as new. The material is holding up well, and I would not hesitate to purchase other items with the recycled cotton fabric. I will be using it on an out of town trip next month. My only concern is that the workmanship is not quite what I would expect from a Vera Bradley product. One of the reinforcing straps along the body of the bag is doubled on the bottom causing it not to rest flat. I have enjoyed thirsting and evaluating this item. I will be happy to participate in future reviews if asked.

Recycled fabric was a pleasant surprise. Fabric seemed like it would stand up to daily use. Loved the contrasting color of zipper which made a nice contrast. Couple things I would change 1) would love to see a zippered pocket on the inside; I would gladly sacrifice one two of the six pockets for that 2) the hidden phone pocket did not seem to be deep enough for my iPhone and did not stay fully closed Aside from these two minor things, a great bag! !

I love Vera Bradley & I love totes, but I especially love that I'm helping the planet by using a VB tote made out of recycled cotton.

I like the size of this bag. Not too big as an everyday bag. I would give it five stars except that I would like to see side panels on it that some of the other small vera totes have.Cute summer print.

I love that it matches and is small

Received this bag is a part of a trial program to test their recycle cotton. The fabric is fantastic, you would never know that it was recycled cotton, wears well and soft. Also love the style and size of the bag. Theres lots of organization and it can hold a lot more than you would think. Was disappointed in the manufacturing quality though. Cant begin to express how many vera bags Ive owned over the years and Ive never seen anything like it. The straps from the front of the bag to the back of the bag do not lineup, if youre carrying it you can tell that the back straps are set about an inch to the left compared to the front ones. Also the top of the bag isnt straight, there is a place where the fabric curves up higher and then back down to the same height as the other end on the front and the back. Would be returning if it was something I had paid for.

I lobe everything about the vera tote. The only thing I would change is the straps. It needs to have a adjustable strap.

Bought this as a teacher work tote for myself to replace a heavy Coach Work Tote. Pros: I love the fact that it is very lightweight and sits comfortably on my shoulder when worn. As a 5 foot 2 inch short woman, larger totes tend to look really big on me but this one doesn't. The microfiber material will surely endure the wear of everyday school life and black color means it will go with anything I wear for the day. Cons: The multi function pockets on the inside is very useful to coral items and not get lost at the bottom however filling in the pockets tend to drag down the top of the bag. It does not have the easeneeded to hold wider items like a water bottle. This is one reason why I took off one star. Also, I wish the lining and pockets have a stabilizer in between or are also quilted, just like the totes they made many years ago. I am not sure if just having the liner as pockets will be durable enough during use. I have been a customer since 1993 when everything they made have the quilted fabric on the inside as well. They need to bring the quilted feature back.

Very roomy and well organized. I love the rainforest print with the coordinating tropical bird lining. Shoulder straps are a great length.

I love this pattern. I thought it would be great for spring/summer. I really like how roomy it is and lightweight as well. I carry a lot of stuff and i dont feel like its breaking me down. The only complaint i have is the pattern placement. Most of the fish that really make the looks of the pattern are on the side or the back. Thats why i only gave 4 stars.

Color was a little different than expected and there's a couple of thread spots where I am worried the stitching will start to fray. I have purchased Vera Bradley in the past for me girls. This was my first item. I like that the zip ID was a solid color. I am using it with a large pouch.

For me it was way too large. Nice quality otherwise

Pretty design, perfect size. I would have liked an additional zipper on an inside pocket.

It was alittle bigger than I wanted. I like them just a bit smaller. Over all I liked the print and colors for spring and summer. I will be back for other products.

I like this bag very much. It's so pretty and it has plenty of room and it's not heavy. The bag has lots of pockets for organization for keys, hand sanitizer, lipstick. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is it doesn't have a zippered security pocket in the bag.

I like my tote bag. I like the design, pattern, texture. It's a bit too big. Overall it semi works for me as a purse.

This tote is a little too big for me but you don't have a larger cross body that I previously had bought. I love the new pattern.

I like the redesign of the straps and the sturdier handle. Way overdue.The material is very nice and I like the pattern. However, I wish the back slip pocket was still there and the previous front zipper. It looks too much like a regular back back other than a purse back pack. Not of fan of the rear slip pocket. This is my 7th small purse backpack.

Love the design and love the pattern. Has plenty of pockets, however the tote itself is much bigger than I had anticipated.

Very lightweight & love all the compartments!

The front slip and zip pockets are wider than prior versions of this bag. I bought two, but returned the Mauve one because the color was too grayish and washed out. But my favorite feature is the hidden slip pocket across the top back!

Really like the pattern, so rich. Compare to the factory zip case, the material of this one is much thicker. I'm thinking to get the string as well.
