I never got the boots they said they left at my front door but they were never delivered. I have cameras on my house and nobody came down my driveway

Laces do not fit in the hooks.

My last pair of keens will be my last! The foot bed gave up in less than 6 months. Felt like I was slopping around in slippers. These boots will ruin your feet.

I have two other pair of Keen boots and they are great, very well made and comfortable out of the box. These are built of the same great quality materials and workmanship but the heal support cups are a complete miss for me. I have worn the boots almost daily for a few weeks and my outer ankles are sore at the end of the day. If I had to walk miles at a time they would be rubbed raw. I will give it some time. Maybe, they will wean in but my other boots didn't require more than a day or two. If they feel good out of the box you will love them. If they don't keep looking.

My husband loves his keen boots, in fact he wont wear anything but Keen. However the insulated pair recently purchased are difficult to lace because the clamps are too tight. It is a real struggle to secure laces into them.

I've been using Keen Utility for years and have enjoyed each pair. I tried to get a true winter, insulated boot, but missed by a lot. As many have said, there's a seam near the ankle that rubs. The lace loops are too closed off and make lacing a timely task. There's also extra material on the sides; it doesn't feel snug no matter how tight the laces.

get a size up for room. Give Keen my business for the second time. Last longer than Red wings or Timberland pro! Im a IBEW member and these brands are built in america!

I wore them for the first time today. I thought they were great up until hour 3 into the work day my ankle was starting to bother me. By the end of the day the outside side of both of ankles were rubbed completely raw. First time I have ever bought boots online. Never again

They look great, bought for my son for Christmas, I will let you know what he thinks.

First off, I have had Keen boots before that were great. These have lace loops that are too small for the laces, making it extremely difficult to lace up the the boots. Also the boots have a seam inside on the side, that hurts the side of my ankle. I have stopped using them.

A little stiff on the calf but after a week its better, perfect boots for work and wide feet. Wish a company would make a wider toe box with safety toe though, more anatomical shaped

Boots are comfortable and last . I get about 2 years per set. Working in communications field in pa in all weather.

I tried these on when I received them. I ordered them along with the non-insulated Independence carbon toe. The insulated runs small comparatively. They are really stiff as well and are not comfortable.

I love the boots very comfortable

Try as I might, I cannot wear these boots. I have tried everything to stop the rubbing to no avail.

These are my second pair. Very light weight and warm and made right in the ol USA.

Laces eye hooks too small for laces.

Had a defect with a boot and they quickly remedied the situation and got these as a replacement. Very satisfied with the customer service and quality of boot.

Boot fell apart in two weeks after wearing them wouldnt recommend them I dont know if it was a defective boot or what but it fell apart in two weeks after wearing them
