Have been wearing boots for 3 months. Kept my feet warm camping at -10F. I like almost everything about the boot so far except the ankle is very ridged and can be irritating after walking all day.

Just starting using them, no complaints at all!

Overall, I like them. Unlike the Louisville, these do need a breaking period. Toe box is good but smaller than Im used to.

shoes are great theyre comfortable and warm in this cold weather they fit snug and nice. I think they should last Ive got the same shoes non-insulated I had to get insulated for cold weather.

Mens sizing runs a full 1. 0 larger than actual (order an 9 if you wear a 10); pay close attention to width when ordering. Bottom lace hooks should be an eyelet because the hooks are a waste of time.

really happy i was able to find 600g insulated boots and them being 50% off made it a no brained purchase. i can stand at the bus stop this winter without my toes getting cold! note: they do scuff easily and sometimes the eyes can be a pain to get in the loop. leave an extra minute to lace these on your way out the door.

Not comfortable.

I always bought the Pittsburgh 6", I seen these Independence 8" on sale. I did not know what to think, I seen reviews that did not like the product. Reviews of ankles being eaten up. Thought it can't be that bad. I got the INDEPENDENCE, and put them on and walked around all day inside - IF I NEEDED TO RETURN. BUT, I will not be returning. THESE ARE GREAT, I CAN'T SAY IT ENOUGH. You can wear right from the box ALL DAY LONG. That is what I have been doing, 12 hrs a day. Great boots, you need to try these

This is now my third pair boots I ordered two for coworkers one for me. It is a great winter boot, lightweight insulated and extremely waterproof. I am in the demolition field of construction with the rubber front and rubber back so gives it really good fieldwork and durability.

My husband purchased these for me for Christmas this is our 2nd pair of Keens I love my 1st pair. We were looking for the 8 high boots so the snow (when we get it) wouldnt get into our boots, honestly these werent my 1st choice only because the back of the boot has a dip in it but he talked me into them so we could have the same pair. However, I do like them a lot and they are really nice, we have not had a chance to wear them as yet but looking forward to once we get some snow. Im sure they will just a good as our 1st pair of Keens. I would recommend them.

I didnt even keep them. I opened them and put them on, the first boot I laced it up and put it in the hook eye and it broke off so for example now how would I use this for everyday when I cannot keep the laces on them, imagine working and that hook eye busts off and my boot comes undone(makes for a bad day).

Fits nice, no "break in" time with all the Keens I've purchased.

Very good work boot. 45 years in the field.

Took them out of the box and spent 11 hours in them on challenging, frozen, low grip terrain. Tow box is roomy allowing for good circulation. Upper cuff is sturdy, but offers great support; I anticipate that softening up over time. Boots offered great grip and my feet stayed warm and dry all day (high of 25). So far I like them very much. Ive seen complaints about the lace eyelets being too tight; they are tight, but I find it helps keep each loop tight while tying. so I actually rather appreciate that. Nice boots, would totally buy again

Looks real nice. I thought the boot would have better insulation

The boots fit very well. The 8 inch gives me great ankle support. They are a great work boot. I have been wearing KEEN boots and shoes for many years and they have not let me again.

In all honesty my husband tried wearing them but they was to bulky for his feet which just caused them rub his ankle raw even wearing thick socks.

I love the Keen brand, for hiking boots. Your utility/ construction boots are the most painful pair of boots I have ever put on my feet and I cannot wear them. I have worn many different pairs of boots over the past 25 years in the field. These are the worst yet.

The hooks for the laces are really hard to hook on the lower 3. The top one is easier.
