I like these pants. They seem well made and the fit is good. Not too tight or lose. They are also very light and will be great for travel once the self isolation is over. I ding it one star for not being all that soft and having a bit of a plastic feel and "sound".

Overall the pants are great. Unfortunately, for my husband, his calves are large and the pants are not fitted for that. We had to order a waist size up in order for him to be comfortable in the pants.

Fit great, and were very comfortable, but not having an option to change the inseam and basically requiring tailoring for a proper fit at this price is ridiculous. Please reconsider.

Lightweight. Comfortable. Fit well. Not as wrinkle-free as suggested or expected. Rivets used for construction make it a bit less viable for "dressier" business wear. Good choice for light-weight travel.

Pants are the best, except for the lack of odd sized waist sizes.

I prefer these pants to what is offered at Rhone/Public rec but annoyed 36" inseam is no longer an option. Don't discriminate against tall people.

OK, so they really are great, I bought three pairs on Kickstarter originally, and now bought these in a different colour. Tough, smart but casual, and comfortable. Great fit, can be dressed up or down depending on the occasion. Easy to wash, quick to dry, no ironing needed. Why not perfect, what would I change? A double belt-loop at the back rather than single, I think all quality trousers should have double belt-loops at the back. I'd move the phone pocket to left front instead of right, just my preference, my wallet goes in my right pocket and my phone in my left. And finally I'd move the zipped security pocket from right rear to right front, if I'm going to put something I want secure like my passport in that pocket then I want it in a front pocket not a rear one. But like I said, I had three pairs and bought a fourth, and probably won't buy any more trousers for years now, so they must be pretty good! Oh, and can you make a shorts version please (with the changes above!)

this is my second purchase. this patch is slightly wider than my previous purchase, which makes it no longer slim fit to me. The quality seems the same although it is now made in Vietnam but not USA, which I am fine with as long as the quality and size remain unchanged..

Compact and great for space saving. Fit is slimmer than I expected but still looks great. The fabric breathes so well that if worn in cold weather you will definitely feel the cold and any gusts of wind so a thin first layer would be advisable. Pockets are good size and surprised that inner pocket of front right pocket is very deep and will fit a pocket knife or pen. Would have liked it to have a little edge fabric reinforcement for pocket clip of a knife if this was the intent because this pocket is way too deep for any small items like change or a small flash drive. Right rear pocket is actually 2 pockets on top of each other with one being a zipper close. This can be a bit tricky to get open because the zipper pull is tiny. Good as a discreet pocket but fabric is thin so you won't exactly be able to hide much. Would be harder for pickpockets to get into though. Feel like a better discreet pocket would've been in the waistband with similar zipper. Overall good pair of pants if somewhat overpriced. At this price I expected a few more design finishing touches that convince you of value but I find they're useful while still being underwhelming.

5' 9" and 144 lbs size 30 fits good. The material is light and great in warm weather. Great front media pocket for your phone. Only gave it 4 stars because some of the stitching was a little off.

I love these pants! So much so that my critiques about them aren't even enough to not still make them my favorite pants. They are super light, they wick away water well enough and in the event they get soaked, they dry off pretty quickly. The phone pocket is super useful and the fit was pretty good though I ordered a size up since I have big thighs compared to my waist. Unfortunately, maybe it was due to bad luck since I haven't read of any comments stating this, the back zipper pocket broke off from the zipper itself, so all I have there is the lining uncomfortably getting in the way of getting my wallet in and out. Another thing is just a possible improvement; split the belt loop on the back so as to provide more support for belts and not damage them as much.

I bought a pair of black Evolution Pants for travel and everyday wear. My go-to black pants are my Lululemon ABC, which have great stretch but sometimes look too "athleisure-y" for more dressed up / professional occasions. The Evolution pants are even lighter, but a little less stretch and a bit more "plasticky" feel than my Lululemons. The fact that they are so light and moisture/stain resistant are a great sell. The Evolutions are a wonderful alternative to black jeans/pants and go with almost everything.

Big fan of my new olive green evolution trousers (European just can not say pants) I would put the review at 5 stars if they offered a few leg alteration options. I am on the short side (172 cm) and the length of the trousers is a bit of a problem.. will get them altered so it's no Biggie and will be back for more.. Many thanks!

These pants are honestly awesome. Comfy and I like the stretch. It's not super stetchy but I think a lot of things are overly stretchy and it actually isn't good. To me it's the perfect amount of give while still holding shape. The material is really light and not as comfy as cotton or polyester but still soft against the skin. Probably not great for really cold weather as I'm in the Bay Area and on cold days I need to wear mid layers underneath. The only reason I can't give 4 stars is fit. I got a 30 and it's almost actually a 32 waist. If you take your normal size it'll run big and if you size down it'll be more on the skinny side. Because they don't have in between sizes this means people are going to have sizing issues. Eventually they'll need to make more sizes as the gaps are too big. I do like that it runs a tad on the big side though, as the combination of type of material and the hidden pockets and cell phone pocket may be kind of tight if you put them all to use and wore pants true to size. Oh and those pockets are all so well designed it seemed like a small thing when I ordered but I actually adore these pants because of the pockets and how easy and comfy they make everything. Who knew pockets were what was holding your old pants back?

Overall, I'm happy with these pants. I love the flexibility, the deep 5th pocket, and the zipper pocket in the back. I wore these pants for a full week to get a full "break in". The only downside, and reason for not giving a 5 star rating, is that the pants bunch up in the knees. This happens whenever you sit, crouch, or kneel. Due to the material, the pants retain their shape, and bunch up, even after straightening your legs. I end up needing to manually adjust the pants constantly. We'll see what happens after a few washes.

Have been wearing these almost every day since I received them. Very comfortable, great stretch. My only is that being tall and lanky guy (6'2" 180#) I ordered the 32 and the pants are a lot more fitted than in the photos, especially in the calf area. Length is perfect. Would still buy another pair but maybe in the 34. Wish there was a 33.

These pants are amazing. Great for travel. I work in construction management and these may be a little lite for that but maybe not. These are really stretchy, really comfy, not too techy. I want these to be everyday pants.

Great fabric, more sizes please. The waist sizes jump every 2" and I wish there more odd sizes. Otherwise its a very promising fabric for most of the year. Shipping is a breeze and the clothes pack very small. Also wish there was a fit between Evolution and Slim, as there's quite a difference in fit between the two.

My son finds them comfortable and I like the clean style. Only thing that would make them perfect is a discrete zippered side pocket for phone. The front pocket is large enough for phone but not ideal. Much better than cargo pants. Hard to find clothes teens and parents can stand behind

You can tell that a lot of thought went into these pants. I appreciate the quality evidenced by extra stitching and metal rivets at stress points. I appreciate the lightweight, stretch nylon material; the ample beltloops; and the hidden, zippered, back pocket. And I really like the watch-pocket-turned-phone-pocket. I mean, it not only protects my phone from being scratched by whatever else is in my pocket, I'm not pinched/poked when I sit down. I haven't tested the stain-proofing yet, but I'm sure that time will come!

Functionally these are great: stretchy, water resistant, and travel pockets with a zipper. But these ended being darker in person compared to what I expected based on the photos. These are basically jet black.

Pants are great. They are thin and lightweight, yet feel like they will last. Aside from being a bit pricey I would be aware the fit runs on the small side. I had to buy size 34 which is a little unexpected since I can fit into 32 and 33 in other pants. I'm 5' 10", 180lbs. I usually pick "athletic fit" when possible. Otherwise the fabric is superb and these are great for summer when you want light weight pants that are versatile for dress and casual events.

Love the pants. I am. 32 waist in every pair of pants and there are loose wish they had 31. A little afraid to get 30 but great quality.

I love these pants. They are thinner than expected but they still feel durable. Great for travel since they are versatile and light. I usually pick "athletic fit" if possible. At 180lb, 5' 10" I didn't fit in the 32, so exchanged for 34 which is comfortable.
