These pants look great on my husband. They look and feel like pants and have the styling of jeans so they look cool. Not your typical travel pants.

Love everything about the pants except they need two additional belt loops.

In the short time I've had these pants, I've found them to be everything they're advertised to be: well-fitting, functional, and seemingly durable. I've taken them hiking, including through a significant storm and really wet and muddy conditions, and they cleaned easily and dried quickly. I haven't flown with them yet, but they will be amazing for that purpose, as well. I have worn them in significant heat (mid 90's) and humidity, and found them to be very breathable and comfortable. And finally, I love the style and fit -- they are slim enough to be flattering but not tight so as to constrain or impair movement (the fabric has enough stretch), and style-wise they look more like chinos than hiking pants, notwithstanding how multifunctional they in fact are. The only respect in which the jury is maybe still out is how they hold up over time, and I suspect I'll get a good read on that quickly as these will definitely get a lot of wear. In sum, I think these are well worth the price if you're looking for what they're advertised to be.

The are slim fit like I wanted and even though it is hot weather right now they are still a go to pant for me.

Great they are light and stretchy and not too slim just slim enough for a good look.

I tried both these and the AT Slim in the same size and found that the Evolution Pant fits me better through the thighs and calves;AT Slim (understandably) is a little slimmer. I'll order another pair once they have my desired color in stock again.

Hiked 5 miles in the beautiful Azores where weather can be very unpredictable. It was, but the Evolution Pants didn't mind the challenge. Perfect amount of stretch with a classic style. Rain or shine, you guys get my vote.

These pants are very nice. They are a bit pricey but worth the money due to superior build and excellent fit.

A nice combination of comfert and style. Professional enough for a office but casual enough to wear every day. Only partially hydrophobic. This might be desirable because other brands achieve an extremely hydrophobic result but feel like plastic. You might want to concider going down 1 waist size because of stretch in material.

I just spent two weeks on a trip where I over-packed shorts and under-packed pants. The Evolution Pants versatility and ability to hold up to wear saved the day as I was able to wear them about 2/3 of the trip, day and night. I already ordered a second pair that will have me covered for the next time I don't pay attention to the weather forecast on my travels!

I received this pants. Full of quality, great style, I like the slim fit however, I had to return it. The waistline does not stretch.

These pants are great. Haven't more them a ton since I've got them. But the times I've had them on I like them. They are comfortable and easy to move around in. The water repellent is great and works well. They are the third pair of pants I've bought from western rise.

The evolution pants are everything they're set out to be. I was looking for a pair of pants that were comfortable, water and stain resistant, and can be dressed up or down depending on the activity - namely, either hiking or going to the office. Thus far after a few uses, they're exactly that. I plan to take them as one of only three pairs of pants for a two week trip to Europe. Admittedly, they're a little pricey, but if I can get a few years of use, than it's worth it for sure.

Really liking the lightweight and flexibility of each pair.

My overall experience from using these pants was great. I wore them practically anywhere. I wear them daily, they are easy to keep clean. They go with any occasion here in the north west. I love the combination of this material.

I bought 2 as part of Western Rise kickstarter. As soon as I got those two I immediately bought the remaining color. As soon as the email came out regarding this new Olive color I had them in my cart and paid for. These pants do everything as advertised. I actually think the descriptions and details regarding these pants is modest.

Great lightweight but durable pant; I love that I can hike around the city or country and then throw on a sport coat and have a nice dinner.
