This is the most versatile pants I have ever owned. They fit great and are extremely comfortable. The pants also breathe as advertised. Very cool in hot weather. The pants look nice enough to wear out in the evenings. I am planning on purchasing two more very soon.

Comfortable, Durable and ready for travel

Not a fan of buying clothing online... Always worried the fit or comfort level will be off. Glad I took a chance on these as they've become my favorite pair of pants. I can wear them on the weekend when I'm running around or in the office. By far my favorite pair of pants.

I just nearly haven't taking them off since I got them. They pack so small which is amazing for someone who packs a one bag carry-on only for travel. Also if your a minimalist this pants are an excellent all-in-one pants that can replace a lot of your pants in your wardrobe. Good in all weather for my taste because my body does run pretty hot so the thinner lighter weight is just what I've been looking for. One thing I wish it came in is a darker black, the charcoal (not in a bad way) looks like a black pants that just lost a bit of color in the dryer which still is a great color. I'm 5'11 at around 190 lbs. and got a 34 waist / 30 inseam fits perfect.

So much more breathable than jeans, and formal enough to wear into high level meetings

It's always been a challenge to find pants with the right fit, but the Evolution pant seems to fit right from the first wear and feel better the more I wear them. This is a quality pant that does not fade, or tears, or show any signs of wear.

Love the evolution pants. They are really light but also seem durable which is tough to achieve I have found. They are extremely comfortable and will likely be my go to pants in the Spring and Summer. Great work!

The Evolution Pants fit well, the quality is excellent. Received the pants one day, washed and dried them and wore them the next day. Great feel and look. In two days traveling to Ireland for a month. Taking the pants with me. Well done Western Rise!

I love the charcoal evolution pants! These have become my favorite pants, on many fronts. I live in a college town and I find them to look quite nice, especially with a slight hemming to the legs if you are short like me. This summer I took these pants to Costa Rica while studying wild monkeys in the rainforest. Think very hot, very humid, lots of mud, lots of spontaneous and heavy rainfall. But these pants measured up! they repel water and mud well, and when soaked they dry very quickly. Mud can easily be cleaned off. They are thin and breathable to the point that I did not feel uncomfortable. Even when you sweat a ton, the smell does not hang around and they wick that moisture away. Quick point of critique, when you sweat a lot, moisture can get on your phone if you have it in your pocket, but in a say to day life this isn't an issue. I only took one large bag, and they helped the packing process immensely by being to lightweight and thin. I also love the fabric, the fact that it can preform in all these categories yet feels more cottony and keeps its shape way better than many other performance fabric pants, which can look baggy after stretching out a ton. These really fit the description of being wearable in the wild and in the city.

This is my third pair of Evolution Pants I wanted to get the olive color. I use them daily and love the comfort and feel.

These pants are amazing! Lightweight, lots of give, and great material. They have a Good cut. What else do you want from a pant?

The Evolution Pant is the real deal and lives up to the hype. The fabric is amazing: soft, durable yet lightweight and easy to care for. The fit is perfect. Due to their quick-drying nylon fabric and overall resilience, I'm sure these will soon be replacing my jeans and will be my new travel pants for minimalist packing.

I liked the first pair (Black Evolution) so much that I bought a second pair (Navy). Stylish and durable:will be go-to pants for work travel.

I bought charcoal evolution pant first time. It had a bit long inseam but it becomes perfect fit after I washed it.

I wore these pants from Chicago to Lisbon last week. They are extremely comfortable and arrived completely wrinkle free. I really like them and plan to get more of them.

Recently spent a few weeks single-bagging it around Portugal, Spain, Italy, Slovenia, and Croatia. I took two pairs of evolution pants, and I think that may have been one pair too many. It is the perfect travel pant. Especially in hot climates. Pants are pretty thin, so for hot days, just roll them up just a bit. Felt secure with the zippered pocket. I was literally able to go straight from hiking in them to a nice dinner (not just a marketing cliche). They do hang loose because the fabric is so thin, so they don't look as structured as the AT Pants. And I need a belt because they are stretchy and will slide off my hips (or lack thereof). Still. Great summer travel, or everyday, pants.

Figuring out the right size took a little bit and unfortunately I had to order three pairs before I found the right fit. I tried the slim pants and 2 pairs of the evolution pants before I found what fit the best. This meant I spent shipping costs on all these pairs, so basically I paid a chunk of money just to try on some pants. All that said, I'm really loving the pants that I wound up keeping. The fit is just right and the cut is stylish. I would definitely recommend these to anyone else.

These pants were delivered, pulled them out and my wife went into labor. Haven't changed out of them in a month! Still going strong enough I bought a second pair for my neighbor. If they came out in a few more colors I would buy some more.

I just got back from my first travel trip using the Evolution Pants. I must say that they are now my favorite pants. Light weight and durable. In fact, I ordered a second pair.

This is the fit I was looking for. Not too slim, not too loose. I wish the zippered pocket was deeper as I can't quite get my passport wallet in and zipped. Also, the phone pocket/slot could be deeper for my Galaxy Note 8. Neither of those are deal breakers. I bought these for travel but I think they will be my go to everyday choice. Great pants!

These are my first purchased pair and they turned out to be excellent traveler pants! Wore them many times on a recent trip abroad, and they looked and felt great as stylish street wear, while hiking, in rain and sunshine, or dinner outings. I'm very happy. They did fit a little loose, so I will be buying a size smaller for my second pair.
