I have been purchasing the Glenna handbags for years as they are my go to bag. Unfortunately I returned this one. I loved the plaid but the straps were too short and I could not wear on my shoulder. The side pockets on the outside were very tight and hard to get in and out of. Very disappointing the each tel has changed.

I love the print but am so sad you have changed the design of the Glenna I sent back the bag because of that reason I have been buying the Glenna for yrs but just don't like the new design

The quality and size of this purse is terrible. I loved this satchel so much as of 2-3 years ago. The quality of the product and size are terrible - DO NOT BUY

Very cheap look and feel. Not close to the quality of my other VB bags. Very disappointing.

I received my new Glenna today in recycled black. The zipper gets hung up at both ends due to the fabric lining. It's just doesn't work and it took a lot of maneuvering to get it to open. This new quilted version is a great style. I actually purchased the turn key wallet and trapeze cosmetic to match. I have been buying the Glenna for years without any problems. After reading other reviews it looks like their is a design problem. With the zipper not working with ease I will be returning all three items. Please look into this design problem.

Got this glenna bc it was the only style but i guess its not like the ones before, comparing it to my glenna i got back in spring this one is 4 inch taller and 4inch shorter in how wide it is (even though it claims to have the same measurements as the old one and shape).. its harder to open wide and see whats inside and it also doesnt hold as much either. Thia use to be my go to as it got colder bc i could wear a coat and it still fit nicely to carry but no longer does ... it doesnt look like the shape in the picture, it looks more like a bucket. If i wanted to carry a bucket shaped purse i would buy one.

... but not anymore. This new one is cheap and not like my others. Plus it was stuffed into my mailbox in a plastic bag along with a wallet. Expensive stuff treated like garbage.

I have bought MANY Glenna bags over the years and extremely happy(or I would not have kept buying them). I bought the black and white bandana Glenna and it was bad! The material was very thin, which included the handles and side adjusters on the sides. Tried to carry it 3 times and couldn't do it.. Yes I ordered thru Vera Bradley. Be careful...this one was awful! Wait and see if they show my review

I fell in love with my new purse but after a couple of weeks the stitching is already coming undone in one of the pockets.

Great fall color! The zipper is sewn too high on the fabric lining. It catches the lining approximately one inch at the start and again at the end of the zip. I ordered my bag online and it has this problem. I tried three bags at my local store and they also had the same problem. Poor quality for the price!

The material was not what i expected. i worked with fabric for 43 years and knew the second i opened the package that this material had "PIL" written all over it

This Glenna Sact is too deep and not wide enough. I ordered a different purse as I cannot find my receipt for the purse. Poor from Vera Bradley

I am going to return this Vera Bradley Glenna bag. It is much smaller than the other Vera Bradley Glenna bags and the shoulder straps are so small they don't stay on my shoulder.

The measurements on this bag are not accurate..this bag is definitely smaller than my other Glenna bags. I do not appreciate a business misleading its faithful followers by not being honest about changes. I've spent many a dollar on Vera bags/accessories etc. not only for myself but friends and relatives. The only positive I do have is the pattern is beautiful. Sad to send this negative review but it's an honest one.

So very disappointed. Quality so poor, the size of bag muchbsmaller. Missing VB outside baf. Handles changed with questionable quality.

Very disappointed in how it is made. The string that gathers the purse together is made wrong, upside down. I paid top dollar for this satchel and expected quality workmanship. Disappointed!!!

I returned this product since you have made the new Glenna Satchels MUCH SMALLER. Very disappointed.

Have last years Glenna Satchel and absolutely loved it. You have made it much smaller this year and it is useless to me.

Definitely not worth the price and size is alot smaller than what they used to be. Not a happy customer will not buy another.

I was so excited about this beautiful new design but the bag itself is NOT the typical Glenna bag! I have carried the Glenna for many, many years and whoever decided to change the shape and details of this bag made a huge mistake! The bag feels much more narrow and smaller and it doesn't have the Vera Bradley piece on the outside pocket or on the zippers. The quality obviously went way down. It is not the same dimensions as the older Glenna bags even though it says it is. It is very narrow and not near as roomy. If they were going to change the shape and details of this bag they should have made that very clear in the description. It almost feels like a mini Glenna compared to my other ones. I certainly hope they bring back the original style and details and don't make this a permanent change. I'm just so dissatisfied.

NOOOO! I have bought the Glenna for absolute "ever" and loved these purses. I get compliments galore. But the last few I have bought, you have changed the design. The bag is now deeper and narrower. it is like a tall salt box purse. very tall, narrow and I cannot find a thing I put into it let alone get the wallet out when needed. I'm heart sick! Why did you ruin the design! it used to be the most perfect purse ever!! I'm so very disappointed.

I sent it back the other day. It wasn't the right size. Or did it have zipper pockets. Also no place for a cell phone. I do like all my other purses I have purchased from Vera Bradley.

I've had several Glenna bags and this one does not come close in comparison, I was completely shocked when I opened my package. The Plum pansies pattern is beautiful but the bag is tiny, not what I was use to and the strap is not the same or the pull ties on the side. I've never once been unsatisfied with one of my Vera purchases (and there have been many) but this one is just not for me.
