The purse was sewn so crooked it doesn't even stand up. Very disappointed for the price I paid.

I returned this because the straps are too short to sit on my shoulder. I like the original Glenna bag better. Please bring it back!

The straps aren't as long as the description says! The straps won't even go on my shoulder. I'm so disappointed because I love the pattern

I was really disappointed with this purse. The outside pockets are toooo big foir me. The outside zipper is a waste as far as I am concerned. The draw strings are a waste I like the sachel purse....both the small one and the middle one.

I returned the Glenna Satchell. I have 2 other ones I Love but this one was smaller the straps were too short and the color did not look like the picture .

Love the print, but not happy with the size of this bag. Also, no space for personalization. Plan on returning this one.

It is to small. And the leather Vera Bradley Logo in not on the side pocket. It is not the original Glenna. They have changed it. They need to go back to what worked.

You have made this purse much smaller than the older ones. Why ruin a good thing

I suppose I should have measured, but my daughter bought me a Glenna Satchel several years ago and I love it so I thought I would get it in a red pattern. However, when it arrived it was much smaller and because of the pleats, is impossible to open fully as I expected it would. There is nothing to indicate other sizes and the larger size is far more practical for me. Very disappointed!

I had to return this bag ...the design doesn't work for me. I thought this was the same size as the other Glenna I have, which is the large size and perfect This smaller version is too difficult to use...

I've always loved the larger Glenna before being resized but I actually liked this size after buying one. Therefore I went back to buy the Terra Cotta Rose and the sewing was TERRIBLE. I couldn't eve zip it closed. It was sewn so poorly. It was actually buckled up on the zipper area. I ordered a second one in hopes of getting a good one. This one was just as poorly done. They both were returned.

Not what I expected I actually returned the bag ! Poor workmanship

I love the color this is more 4th glena but this one I don't know something about it I just done like it said it had a hidden zipper but it didn't I guess I'll keep it because the color cardinal

I have purchased several of the Glenna bags and really enjoyed them. However these are smaller than my other bags. Not what I was expecting. I won't be buying any more.

I purchased the wallet to match this purse. The purse is so small the wallet barely fit with little room for anything else. This line of Glenna bags used to be larger and roomier. Vera Bradley why would you change the size. Please tell me. Still not sure if I will return as I do like the plaid.

I just received my Glenna bag in the mail. I am going to keep it, but I'm not happy with the style. I loved the Betsy's that I purchased and that was the style I was going to replace. This Glenna bag does not have the hard cardboard bottom of the others. Thus not as sturdy. It's also very deep - which is why I never bought a tote. But it looked like the closest to the Betsy's on your website. I'll give it a try when I wear out my last Betsy next year. Please bring back the Betsy's!

I was very disappointed in the size and shape of a satchel. I am many of the satchels in this one just was not up to Vera standards.

The Glenna used to be my favorite bag, but something seems to have changed. The material was not as soft and the straps were shorter. Overall, I no longer will order this bag and sent this one back.

I have been purchasing the Glenna handbags for years as they are my go to bag. Unfortunately I returned this one. I loved the plaid but the straps were too short and I could not wear on my shoulder. The side pockets on the outside were very tight and hard to get in and out of. Very disappointing the each tel has changed.
