Very disappointed in the style change. Liked the old style of the Glenna Satchel much better. This new style is too tall and much harder to find things in the bottom of purse.

I thought I was ordering the larger bag. This one is narrower and taller than the one I wanted. I am sending this one back. I will try to order larger one.

I've been buying the Glenna Satchel for years and I've never been more disappointed. They've changed the size and made it smaller! I am debating on whether to return it or just keep it but I won't be ordering another purse again.

I love the fabrics and print but in comparison with my Glenna satchels I purchased 10 years ago, this one is lot smaller. Have you changed the sizing? Because of the smaller size, I don't think I will be purchasing my favorite Glenna Satchel again.

I ordered the same Glenna I always order.. This one is much smaller. I did not order the smaller size.. I wallet barely fits in the purse.. Not happy.

I love this bag, however I am disappointed that a defective product was shipped to me. The stitching on one of the handles totally missed the leather and it is pulled up. Further it was just thrown in a bag with no tissue or anything. It certainly was not giftable in the way or the condition in which it was shipped. Very disappointed.

looks like the style has changed, not like my other one that I have. will be returning it :(

Love the style of the pursewasn't happy with the print

Was excited to purchase this Glenna Satchel since it was a satchel'..yet when received I quickly realized it's more of a tote, (North & South) shape instead of satchel' (east & west) shaped. Ended up returning and will wait for another bag to come out that's more like the Ole' Time Betsy and it's Follow up (yet discontinued) Mandy. I know there's Carson, but not a fan of its rolled handles, super long drop (I'm short and can't carry anything longer than a 10 drop without looking like a child carrying her mom's purse) nor the fact that it's pockets don't hold things well and that the bag puddles pretty badly.

Very pretty bag but the bag broke after the first use. The cinch cord separated and the tack that held it together fell out. The good news I am a sewer and was able to repair to an acceptable level. Trying to avoid the hassle of dealing with customer care and a return. At this price point there should be better quality control and inspection Quality has gone down.

Not liking it. Smaller than I am used to and just doesn't feel right. No outer pickers for smaller storage. Should have thought twice. Not your best .

My first Vera Bradley purchase. The Glenna satchel is good in style and size but the quality is lacking. The black VB tag is sewn on at an angle not straight! Very noticable. I called customer service for an exchange but too many hoops to jump through. And lengthy time process. I just kept it. But won't order again. Quality versus price is just not there.

The purse wasn't what I thought it would be. Too big and not enough compartments.

Not at all happy, the colors are dull compared to the picture, and it's just cumbersome, awkward getting in it and closing it. Not a fan, should have returned it.

Smaller than I thought

I generally love most everything from Vera Bradley. Quality of textile is great, when it comes to their cotton, batting and quilting. Glenna satchel is a cute design and is spacious. I love the two outer slip pockets. The downside is the faux leather, pleather, detail in the middle of the straps. It doesn't conform well to curves and so the straps want to twist awkwardly. There's nothing I can do to straighten out out. I much prefer the all cotton/quilted straps as seen on the Vera Tote. Will have to make a trip to store to return.

I am so disappointed in this bag. I have been a loyal Vera Bradley customer for over 18 years. I love VB for their fun colors, patterns, and the quality of the bags. This one does not live up to anything that I have ever bought from VB. The handle is actually shredding and looks terrible. I have never had this issue before. The quality at VB has really gone downhill.

bought the Glenna satchel, have used it twice and it is tearing apart on the handle. not happy

Just too small for my needs

I love this style pocketbook. It's my third one of this style. Unfortunately, not having the pocketbook two months, the zipper pull just ripped off and now I am using a paperclip to pull my zipper open and closed. So surprising and disappointing!

This product was purchased for someone who adores the fox and there's barely even one on the entire bag

I really wanted a purse with the new cat print and ordered this one. Unfortunately it is too big and not at all like the original handbag style I like. Too bad the cat print wasn't offered in the handbag style.

did not like the glenna satchel. if you know were I can purchase any little mandy pocketbook. That little mandy I just loved it.

The black peice that is on the main zipper came undid and I currently do not have anything to grab to open the zipper. Havent had the purse yet but a few short weeks. I love the purse.
