Solid quality, looks great in green, excellent length

I would not buy this again. I bought one in 2018, was the warmest jacket. But bought one in 2022. The down is recycled down. The zippers get stuck. The hood is not detachable. It's just not a warm jacket anymore for north east winters. I wear a leather jacket under it and it's still cold. It's really sad I feel the company is sacrificing quality for profit, per usual. I will have to find an alternative. Really sad I bought this again. Will never buy another jacket from them, so will research other out door outfitters who actually use better materials. You can feel the difference between the 2018 and 2022 jackets, the 2018 had better materials, detachable hood, real down that was not recycled. It feels heavier. Anyways inflation, costs rising. But just make a better product, charge more north face! We will pay for a warm coat!

This jacket is really warmest, I like it. So I don't need to wear vest anymore to add it.

Nice jacket, but cuffs and waist aren't waterproof and are very prone to fraying. Will look like they were run over by a cheese grater if they have repeated contact with the velcro, so be careful.

Best jacket ever

Im 5'7" and the small fits perfectly. The pine needle color is accurate as advertised, such a great color paired with the grey/white faux fur hood (which is removable). The overall fit is cozy and fitted, sits at the waist so its not a big coat but is very warm at the same time. North Face quality 5 stars.

Awesome warmth, but a design fail on the cuff material. If you get it near the velcro, then the cuffs start shedding material and making fuzzies. After only 2 days this happened to me. Also, the cuff material seems to wear the same when you put your hands in the pockets becuz of the zipper.

I use this product daily in the winter. It is great, keeps me warm, and the fact that the fur is detachable makes it even more practical. I am a college student, and I use this jacket to walk around campus

The McMurdo Bomber has been the best purchase I have made to date. It looks and fits great and it has kept me very warm.

Excellent cold weather jacket. Very warm but wish the hood was removable. Nice fit with room for a down vest. I'm 5'9" and weigh 150. Also wish the hood tighten cords had a velcro flap where they be tucked away rather than getting in the way on your face. Still a great jacket and used it recently in -25 below and it kept me warm!

This is a super warm jacket and I loved everything about it, except the velcro used to closed the jacket catches on the sleeves and causes it to pill. It's also very annoying. Other than that, it's very warm and versatile.

Great product, if you want to stay warm in hard winter this will do that job, order process was awesome, I ran into size issues, my mistake so had to get replacement but very satisfied

Fit is perfect. Color is unbelievable. So warm yet lightweight and nonrestrictive. I've gotten so many compliments on this jacket.

I had an older version that used buttons on the front instead of Velcro. Now this one uses Velcro and has caused the cuffs on wrist to fray badly with less than a months usage.

I use it to go out, it is quite comfortable and it doesn't weigh much but it is very heavy to carry around and I would recommend it to my friends. It's the best sweater I have for the cold.
