I had high hopes for this VB bag as I tend to like backpack types, but am small and can't deal with large and heavy bags. This bag has a lot of padding so sometimes I have problems getting things in and out. I've only had it a few months and use the outside pockets for my cellphone on one side and keys on the other. I've discovered that the quilting stitching has come loose by several inches inside one of the pockets. I'll still use this bag but don't think the quality is quite as good as my other numerous VB bags are or have been. So it's just "ok"

It is a shame this convertible backpack was made with very bad quality straps. The actual straps are thin cotton (and not even quilted) for strength. Any weight in the back[ack makes the shoulders ache after having to put up with the straps digging into my shoulders and back. I really wanted to like this but it has turned into one of the worst purchases I have ever made. Why are your designers not using something more substantial such as straps made of webbing?

I probably didn't read the description well enough, but this bag is much too big for me. Check the dimensions before purchasing.

If I hadn't cut the packaging I would have returned it. Not at all what I expected from VB. Disappointed is an understatement.

My last purchased I did not like it when it came in.

It's an ok bag but Noth worth the cost and aggravation.

Strap is awkward gives the satchel to busy of a look

I ordered the purple color and my bag came with damage on the fabric , I already own two of in different color , unbelievable they will ship this bag like this when the damage is so obvious in the front and also de back of the bag, yes I have the option to returning but it will be to pay the shipping cost for something who should never have been for sale.

Does not look like photos. Doesn't hang very nice. Seems like left over fabric that someone threw it together and called it a bag.

I was excited to get the purple color and style. However the fabric is not nice at all and would stain very easily. Returned as it's definitely not worth the cost.

Was not pleased with this.. It is huge and the straps are way to thin for the size. I will be returning this

I have many VB bags and this was the first recycled cotton one I bought. It is very stiff and the fabric is not flexible. Disappointed but I had already removed the tags before using it for mother's day.

Was happy with my purchase until I noticed the stained and dirty shoulder strsp when you converted my purse into a backpack. Not happy.
