Recently after seeing a friend's Small Vera Tote in the Plaza Tile pattern I ordered one for myself. It's way to large for me as an everyday bag but I am keeping it for when I need a nice tote. I then looked for another style in the same pattern that I could use more often. The On the Go bag was the closest to what I might normally carry. Pros: On this bag the recycled cotton is perfectly okay for me. It doesn't seem to attract lint like another VB purse I have. I love the Plaza Tile pattern and it's light colored lining that is so pretty too. The front zip pocket can hold small things I don't want to hunt for in the main section - car fob, house keys, etc. The zippers are nylon and zip smoothly, The main compartment is roomy and is easily accessed with the wide zippered opening. It's so easy to see everything with the light colored lining. It has just enough pockets for my needs, and even with my iPhone inside this bag is still lightweight. The strap is easily adjusted from a shoulder to cross body bag. The wide depth of the bag is is a plus. I've had so many purses that aren't deep enough and everything is jammed too close together. Cons: It's just a tad bit too large for me but I can get used to that. The outside pockets on either end make it look too wide and more like a diaper bag. I can do without them; would never put anything in them I didn't want to lose. In fact if I can stitch them closed making them not stick out I will. That lining I like so much is much thinner and not quilted like older VB bags and the pockets are a bit floppy. I have narrow shoulders and the strap is a bit wider than I'm used to but it does stay on me. I just wish it wasn't so flat and a bit stiff feeling. Maybe it will soften up with use but if they were more like the quilted ones on the Small Vera Tote they would feel more comfortable. If this bag was slightly smaller like 11 1/2" or 12" x 9" and 4-5 inches deep and no side pockets I would buy more of them.

I have an older On The Go bag, which I love. It's in a black print and I've wanted a navy version so when I saw this one, I ordered it. It's not quite the same, a little larger. I think it will work fine but I prefer the older version. The print is really pretty, it so I'm going to keep it.

I just received my weekender travel bag. I love it! It's nice and big with lots of pockets. I only gave 4 stars because I was a little disappointed with my monogram. The thread color was lighter than I thought and I wish I had went with a darker color. Over all, very satisfied. I got a matching handbag also.

Love the pattern, just missing the front pocket, that is on my other On the Go bag along with 3 small pockets inside.

The Crossbody bag in Prairie Paisley was a very pretty color and pattern, but unfortunately it was too large for me. I also think the bags are too expensive.

I love how everything fits into this bag. Nothing gets lost and is very comfortable.

It's a nice purse but I thought the butterfly's would show up better.

This was a gift for my mother. She lliked the pattern I chose for her. She loves only the on the go style.

Absolutely love this size bag and BloomBloom pattern is beautiful.Only negative comment is a few stitches on material are loose,but I am pretty picky!

I wish the straps were a bit thinner

Nice size purse. I need a wide body for all the things I carry. I love the color and pattern. I would love to have a divider in the body to separate my items

The on the go crossbody bag is beautiful and spacious. The fabric is soft but durable. The bag is quite a bit larger than the other crossbody styles so be sure that works for you.

I miss having the cardboard or plastic piece that was in the base of the bags in years' past. It made for a classier looking purse and not so saggy. I know that had to include an additional piece of fabric so added addition cost but it was a reason I bought so many bags over the years.

Beautiful color! Love the two end pockets and the one zipped pocket but wishing there was a dividing pocket inside the purse

Enjoy the bigger bag. Had a similar one in the past. . Sent one with a defect and Vera was awesome about getting me a new one with the problem fixed. Great customer service.

I love it. Love the colors and I like the way it is NOT deep. I've had purses lately that are rectangular the other way and can never find anything in them. I hope you go back to light and bright colors. This is the only one that I found that was colorful.

The same style I already own, but with a few changes. The inside pockets went from three to two and not as heavy a material. The side pockets are a little bigger but still not big enough for a water bottle. Over all the right size bag.

Nice crossbody - It is very roomy. I prefer this type of crossbodybut I like three slip pockets on the inside, similar to the original Hippster crossbody that had three slip pockets on the inside.

I love VB's On the Go Crossbody style and have purchased several in the last ten years. The new cotton style is softer and no longer has the removable cardboard base which helped it keep its shape. The side pockets are also somewhat larger which I consider a plus for cell phone storage.

One of my favorite bags. The pattern is lovely. My only disappointment is this On The Go bag is smaller than the previous ones I ordered. Unfortunately I am not able to fit comfortably all my items in it. Not sure why this style was downsized.

very roomy and the pattern is very nice, it is a little broad for a crossbody would have preferred a narrower bag

I love this purse more than any other I own. It has just the right number of inside and outside pockets. However, the post office crammed it into my mail box and bent the cardboard part on the bottom. It should be shipped in a box.

The On the Go crossbody bag has been a favorite of mine for years, and I have a few of the last couple iterations. This newer version has positives and drawbacks. Positives: adjustable strap so I can use it as a shoulder bag, hipster, or crossbody, many pockets (and the exterior end pockets are larger to accommodate larger mobile phones), and a wonderful array of patterns. The main drawback: no thick cardboard insert in the bottom to keep it flat. This makes it harder to organize items inside and to set the purse on a surface without falling over. Lesser drawback: the entire purse seems bigger, and I liked the size it was.
