Love this bag! It has compartments for all my stuff. Make it so easy to find. My laptop fits perfectly

I've been searching since summer 2018 for a cute bag to take to work and back- and this is exactly what I've been looking for! I love the French Paisley and it holds all I need for work. My work and personal laptops fit well in the tech pocket, so I can use this bag if I'm going on vacation or when going to work. It's perfect!

I have a Surface Pro and an iPad that I need to take back and forth to work every day, as well as two water bottles that I carry plus some books and other papers. I had been using a Metropolitan bag, which worked great for the computers, but there wasn't anywhere for the water bottles to go without tipping over. I'm so glad I found this bag. The padded pouch holds the computers, and the outside end pockets can fit water bottles large or small. (The pockets wrap around the ends, so as long as the inside of the bag isn't packed, you can put large things in those pockets.) The handles of the bag are nice and long, and the additional pockets inside and out help keep things organized. Not sure if I'll ever use the trolley sleeve, but it's there if I do. Overall, a great purchase. It's not cheap, but it was a good purchase that I use daily.

Love my new tote. Roomy enough to hold everything I need on a daily basis.

Light everything fits in it and has a sleeve for my lap top great for work and travel I highly recommend it so happy it is light and durable !!

I bought this to replace my carry-on tote for travel. I wanted a bag that specifically has the opening to slide over the handles of my luggage. Now, I don't have to have my tote hanging on my shoulder as I wind my way through the airport. It fits perfectly over my carry-on luggage. Love all of the pockets inside. Love the multiple pockets on the outside. I only wish that there was an internal pocket that zipped. More sense of security for a wallet or small items that might get lost in the bigger inside pockets. I had that feature in the tote that I replaced. I still love this new tote!

Lovely quality. But, it is smaller than I realized. I will use it, but i needed 2 inches in width and depth (not in height.).

It's a lovely bag, but it is too big for my needs. I will keep it because I love the pattern and Vera Bradley products in general. I have been in search of a replacement for a very simple tote you used to sell that was narrower than this one is. It seems like the published measurements a smaller than the actual bag. The bag I am looking for simply has 3 interior pockets, no bells and whistles, and it fits a few files or a binder, for paperwork that goes to and from the office with me. Instead, the current bags are so big that they get heavy much quicker. I rarely, but occasionally carry my laptop, so this will be good for those times, but I miss the simpler, smaller tote.

I've had my old VB laptop bag for over 20 years. It lasted me FOREVER. This is a good compromise from what I had. the ONLY con is that the laptop side is a little too small so I have to put mine (16") on the other side where it isn't as protected. I also wish this came in a more neutral color (black, navy, etc).

I gave this bag as a gift to a teacher. She loved it and said that it holds many items. The compartments in it make it easy to organize things. It can hold her computer too!

I love everything about the bag except 4 1/2 inches is not wide enough. My other bag was double the width allowing for other items and my planner.

Love it, except with all the pockets it's hard to fit anything in between. Making the base a little wider would be helpful.

I love it - wish it was just a tad bigger. It is beautiful and so nice to have a washable bag.

Love VB bags for the most part. The VB tote is my favorite, so I got this commuter tote because it has a laptop compartment. The compartment is made to accommodate a thick laptop, which really doesn't exist anymore. The tote itself cannot stand up on its own like the VB tote with things or without things in it, much less with a laptop in it. I don't understand the functionality of having two wrap around pockets on the exterior, but I have found some utility in putting a water bottle in them. The rear trolley sleeve is a nice addition. My suggestion would be to include a zipper at the base of the trolley sleeve so that it can be a functional pocket when not getting used as a trolley sleeve. I'm constantly, accidentally putting my phone into it, thinking it's the front exterior pocket and the phone falls right through...sigh.

Very roomy

This is my second bag of this style. I had to replace my first one after 10+years of use. The bag is great, they are small netted pockets inside that are great for pens and such. The straps are very comfortable, and I like the attachment on the back to secure the bag on a suitcase handle when traveling. My only complaint the zipper pocket on the front is much smaller than my last bag, I wish it was larger.

Great size for my MacBook and a few papers or a notebook. Lots of pockets to keep chargers and small devices organized and easy to find. I hope the fabric straps will be durable to last for a long time.

When I first got, thought it would be too big but it really wasn't. I liked that it has plenty of pockets. I had originally seen a different color but the time I made upmy mind to purchase it wasn't available any longer.
