I have been a Vera Bradley customer for years. The triple zip hipster has been my favorite style purse and I have purchased several in different patterns. I loved the different compartments that helped me stay organized. I recently purchased another triple zip hipster and am disappointed that it is now made smaller. Why was it reduced? It was a perfect size. Since there's a smaller hipster style available, why reduce the size of this purse? Unfortunately there's no longer enough room to carry what I need and I won't be purchasing this style. Is there any way to bring the previous size back?

It is too deep. Should like it better if it was 3 or 4 inches shorter.

I loved the pattern although the bag itself was really large, I should have looked at the measurements.

Thus was a little too large of a purse for me as I am a small woman but still like that it is light weight and holds the matching wallet which I pull out to do shopping and leave the purse in the car.

Not as large as I thought. The strap is very hard.The pockets are very small,not much fits. If I didn't like the pattern so much would probably return.

I have been a Vera Bradley customer since high school. I'm now 25. I've had multiple purses and wallets over the years, and it just seems like the quality has gone totally down hill. My last hipster's top zipper ripped away from the purse and created a gap that never closed. My grandma has to help me fix this. This new triple zip hipster is even worse. One of the zipper pieces on the front continues to fall off, after we've sewed it back on. Now we've noticed that the back pocket is coming apart from the purse. There are random strings sticking out all over the bag. I think the quality improvement team needs to take a better look at these purses. Especially since this was a Christmas gift and can't be returned now.

I don't like the color. It looked more vibrant and colorful online, but when I received it, it had too much white in it.

I like the size and all. But I don't like the metal zippers. They stick and jerk.

I love the material and the print , but not happy with the size. It's very small for normal item and forget about putting anything extra in it.

I have previously owned this Triple Zip Hipster and needed to replace it. The one I just received has a problem with the zipper. The zipper is longer than the opening and is tucked down under which makes it difficult to zip. I had to pull the extra zipper out and leave it so it would be easier to close. The material is also much stiffer than my previous purse.

Purse works fine for my needs. I like it a lot. Except for the strap. It should be a bit wider and softer. I find it irritating to my skin.

The problem I am having with this item is the two outside zippers are not easily closed.

I love the Triple Hipster; it is great for every day but I especially use it when traveling (know exactly which section foreign currency//passport/tickets are in) and love the outside slip pocket for my phone and regularly used lip balm and hand sanitizer. It is a great size. And with having several I enjoy the many fabrics I can wear. BUT I really hope this purse gets an upgrade and the bottom is expanded even by an inch or so - this purse drops down to basically a flat envelope. Putting items inside just makes the purse bulge out as there is nowhere else to them to go. Which makes every section bulge and interferes with the zippers moving smoothly. Also? I request this all the time: where is an RFID protected section? VB remains behind the industry in not providing this feature - also the few VB I have that do have some RFID area, there is no label or stitching to let you know. There is a paper card in a pocket but if you take it out and out your purse back in the closet, with no mark or label it us hard to remember. Lug sees a black small tab in the appropriate seam with RFID on it so there is no confusion. It would be nice to keep the bag/s sleeker with no need for a protected wallet if there was a protected section.

I am disappointed in the quality-not made as well as previous bags I have purchased-I have been buying Veras for many years-the zipper is silver and shows too much. I will probably never use it.

nice enough but one of the zippers get stuck. I thought this was a cross body purse but it's not.

I love the triple zip bag, I have several. I can change purses without changing the location of my stuff. I do not like the metal zipper, they are not free sliding like the older style. I won't be buying any more until you get rid of these terrible zippers.

Exterior metal zippers very hard to operate, sticking. Returned and ordered something else.

This review is specifically for the cat pattern. The metal zippers on the side of the bag are very difficult to open and close. And near impossible to open one handed. I wish they would've use the plastic zipper like what is on the top of the bag. Otherwise it is a nice purse.

Hate the big ugly metal zippers. The color keyed nylon zippers were so much nicer. I have 6 of these bags and will not buy another

I love the triple zip hipster. This is my 3rd or 4th one. And, I love this pattern. However, the metal zippers on the front 2 pockets are really harsh and scratch my knuckles. I have small hands, and it still scrapes them. I won't buy a triple zip hipster with metal zippers on the 2 side pockets again. I was gonna carry this into winter, but cold chapped hands sliding against these unforgiving, sharp, teeth-like zippers does not sound appealing to me at all.

Im not real crazy about this purse. The zippers don't always work. They keep getting stuck.

This bag was my first VB. It's ok. I'm concerned about the zippers' quality. They stick and don't slide smoothly. I'm concerned that it won't endure regular use. The phone holder is located in an inconvenient place. I wish it was in the main compartment for quick access. It is lightweight and it is a good size. The print is too busy. I wish it was a calmer pattern.

The pattern shown was not the one I purchased. I like the size of the triple zipper cross-body, but not happen that the zippers are different from the ones normally used. I prefer the older ones, they zip smoother. Also I don't cart for the zipper pulls that are a loop inside of plain leather pull with Vera logo on it. I hope these changes aren't just to help reduce product costs.

I have been using Vera Bradley products for many years and the brand is very recognizable wherever you go. However, there were many of the iconic details missing on the Triple Zip Hipster I received. There are two very large metal zippers that are difficult to open and close and they don't compliment the purse the way the top colored zipper does. The metal pulls for the zippers no longer have the signature Vera Bradley ribbons attached. Instead, there are plain black leather pulls attached. The metal strap attachments are plain and no longer have the imprinted Vera Bradley name on them. While I will use the purse because I got a good price for it, I don't plan to get another one in the future. It's simply not up to the standard and quality of purses, bags and suitcases I've previously purchased.
