I have several leather pocket books in the Vera Bradley Hipster Style. These are light weight, stylish, and uncomplicated. I have easily laundered Vera Bradley bags in the past. This particular fabric is not mostly cotton, but I would not hesitate to wash it it needed. The strap is adjustable and easy on the shoulder. Because of the depth you can easily carry a water bottle, Ipad, or a book with you. For me this is the perfect every day bag. When not in use, it will not take up a lot of storage. I am glad to have more of Vera Bradley in my closet.
