things are just as expected

Super soft. light weight and good material. Wish it was a little thicker but still cute.

Love this jacket. Love Northface. I use it when I go anywhere that's going to be cold. It's not to green I thought it would be but I still love it

I really liked the fabric and style. However it was too large and boxy for my size. I'm a petite 2-4, 5 ft 2 inches with small shoulders and it was overwhelming on me. Sadly, I had to return it.

This is a super soft and warm jacket perfect for fall and the beginning of winter. This was a gift for my mom and she's in love with the design, color, and conmfot. 10/10 would recommend

Looks good and warm, but it's shedding. That's the reason I took one star off.

The coat is soft and keeps you warm. It would be perfect if it had a hood.

I like it a lot, but I don't like the zipper under my chin, it feels rough, because I zip it all the way to cover my neck.

Very nice, and warm. I wish the sleeves were a little longer. I purchased a XXL for that reason but the sleeves still come up a bit.

This jacket does not compare to the jacket I bout 5 years ago the zipper was metal it is now plastic I don't like it but the jacket is warm

Great jacket it has a plastic zipper my previous jacket I had a metal zipper but it's comfortable.

I bough the same jacket 5 years ago it had a metal zipper, this one has a plastic zipper but it's comfortable so no complaints at the moment comfortable

I had absolutely no idea this was a breast cancer symbol awareness jacket, and it was a gift. I am so happy the person didn't mind. It is beautiful and warm.

I received this jacket as a gift in large - it felt snug - so I gave it to my niece and ordered an XL - which fit well - I always wear a large without any trouble but this jacket felt really small -

I like the jacket but got it in my size - Large - it fit snug - so I gave it to my sister who wears a medium- it fit her perfectly! I then ordered the XL for myself and it fit me great!

I've wanted an Osito jacket for quite awhile. I would "pet" them every time I saw one in a store. Finally bought my own. It is just as soft on the inside as it is on the outside. However, I wish the pockets were lined in the same material. The pockets are like a fleeced material that catches on winter dry hands. The upper arms are tighter than I would like and I can only wear a thin layer underneath. Since the upper arms are tight, it'll pull the whole sleeve up which can be annoying. I have other NF jackets that fit much better in the arms.

I was so excited to receive then so sad not to be able to fit it. I normally wear small to medium. Having to ship back to buy a large but I have had trouble doing so due to low stock. Hopefully can get my size right. Otherwise really nice!

This jacket is replacing one purchased two years ago, identical in all except color. After washing, the sleeves are still a good inch too long, so I'm now paying to have it altered.
