I felt a little ridiculous getting a robe, but this has been an amazing piece of 'clothing.' It's perfect for putting over pajamas around the housekind of like having a light throw over you all the time. The flannel is just a touch lighter/thinner compared to a Bean flannel shirt, and has the same amazing quality and comfort. I initially ordered a size up because I thought maybe I'd need the extra room to really wrap up, but it seems to run pretty roomy. Exchanged down for my normal size and it was perfect.

Bought it as a gift for my husband, he loves it! The fabric is soft and cozy, and the green plaid pattern is gorgeous. Makes him look like a million bucks! Only thing I'd change is the belt loops - seem a bit too low on the body. Otherwise it's perfect!

This robe is absolutely amazing! It keeps me warm and cozy in the Midwest's wintertime. It weighs very light on me, and yet it warms up my whole body effectively. On average I wear size M, but I bought size L for this robe, for I thought it might shrink after laundry. So far it doesn't appear to have shrunken. I like it running roomier anyways so that I can wrap myself in it and staying perfectly insulated.

My husband loves this flannel robe and I am so glad they have tall sizes. It is worth every penny and I love the number of style selections they have also.

Tall XL robe was ordered for my 6'5" son. He is pleased with fit/length. And he is happy that flannel is not too heavy/hot since he tends to run a little warm normally.

I am a robe person since I spend large parts of the beginning and end of the day wearing one in my household routine. I am not a pajama person, since pajamas are more like day clothes with a different pattern or purpose. Robes were very visible during the golden age of movies, when men of wealth, power, and influence wore them in their study. LL Bean's Scotch Plaid fabrics are amazing in their beauty, softness, and durability, and then to combine that with a luxurious robe fit, comfortable for even the most well-fed individuals like myself. This is my 5th or 6th robe, so I know them well. I buy XXL regular size for every other LL Bean item, but these robes are so well cut that a XL Regular is large enough.They last for many, many years.

The length of this robe fits my 6'5" son perfectly. Also, the flannel is so soft.

Size fits fine got a Medium for 5'8" man 190lb. It's very soft.

Had one of these before. Lasted 15 years. I'd say medium weight flannel. Nice and warm. Nice thing about the one I just bought, belt is wider - a plus.

Great fit and quality robe. Very soft and vibrant colors. The monogram looks perfect and I appreciate the thread color suggestion. I bought this for myself after being tired of bulky winter robes. I am a female and I preferred the fabric options of the men's line over the women's line. I am 5'3", bought a men's small. The robe hits mid shin and sleeves are a little long but roll them up without any bulk. Great quality, fabric is soft, it wears nice, no pilling. I am very happy with my purchase! A classic!

I ordered the men's version in a small because of color choice. Soft and keeps away the morning chill. Worn every day since it arrived. The belt loops work for a range of heights. Washed and dried very well. Even better than the version purchased 10+ years ago. High quality flannel, light, cozy, warm and substantial but not bulky. Sleeves are ample but not too wide and roll up well.

Very nicely made the pattern matches on the seams and pockets. Fabric is soft and light weight as well as warm.

Size small is perfect for this 5'10' slender/athletic woman. Sleeves are perfect length. Super soft, cosy lightweight flannel is perfect for year-round wear in Northern California. Indigo Tartan pattern is lovely. Love this robe and can't wait to put it on every evening.
