Perfect fit for my husband. He's 6'3" & this fit both his arms and length was great. He wanted a robe that was warm enough without being too bulky/heavy & this hit all the right marks.

Soft, warm and cozy. We live in warmer NC so this robe is quite ample for most winter nights. During this unusual arctic holiday week with temps in the teens, my husband is layering up!

How do you review a classic. Classic robe. Classic plaid. Just choose your size and call it a day.

I got this for my dad as a retirement gift and he loves it. He's 6'4" and the tall is perfect; I was pleasantly surprised by the shipping speed even with personalization!

I was looking for a warm , soft plaid bathrobe for my husband. It is lightweight yet warm and soft. There were some with Sherpa, but it was too heavy . He wears it every morning, fits like a glove, he loves the length as well.

So warm and comfortable and attractive! I'm a Medium man but ordered a Large Tall and it's perfect for me, loose-fitting and past the knee.

My family ahs been buying from LL Bean since the 70's. I have the heavy flannel/Chamois shirts that are over 10 years old now. I needed anew robe for in the mornings and this one is just right. I had to roll the cuff on the sleeves back for correct sleeve length but other than that i assume I will have many years of use from this robe. PS- I don't believe I have ever gotten a bad product from LL Bean.

I don't often indulge myself but with they house coat I did! Its perfect, the fabric is very comfortable and just the right thickness to keep you warm on cold days and not too hot during warmer months. In the further I may reward family members with gift of L.L. Bean house coat.

This is a beautiful flannel robe. The weight is perfect and it's still warm. My husband is really enjoying not having a bulky bathrobe yet keeping comfortable. I have the women's version (in red/black check) and I feel exactly the same! Very well made and it has pockets, too!

Nice light weight that hangs well and isn't heavy on shoulders. Enough warmth to be very comfortable in cool weather.

I bought my first LLBean robe around 39 years ago. I don't know what people are talking about with the thin fabric - it's the same stuff the flannel shirts are made of, and being a fat guy I really don't want a heavy, thick robe. I have FORTY of these robes in virtually every tartan made since 1983. A few down for repair. I rotate them so I spread the wear out. The oldest ones have gotten thin but still hold together. Need a few holes repaired. I have had other bathrobes made of terry cloth - I suppose if you want to use the robe as a towel, that works but I wear them to lounge around all day and all night. My wife thinks I have too many. Hey, it's an indulgence. I also have 48 LLBean flannel shirts. When the weather turns cooler I switch from T-shirts and depending on how much I actually go out (I'm retired), I might go through all of the shirts twice or more before springtime. The robes though, are year round. I like the house cool and the robe is just right. I understand why some might like a heavier robe but these are perfect for me, some have been washed many, many times. First time does pile up the lint trap. One thing I'd warn about: don't pay extra for a monogram. I got one of these for my wife monogrammed and it was dark blue on a red and blue tartan. You have to look really hard just to see it. I never bothered with that again. I can wear the one with my wife's name on it and nobody would ever notice, it's invisible. My goal now is to try and identify every tartan I have. LLBean has already told me they're no help for that, stuff they made 30-40 years ago, who keeps track? I guess they have no company archives or historian, and whoever answers the email doesn't care to find out. I can't afford to buy the new tartans this year which is too bad, there are a couple I like but the prices have gone up up up and... I'm on a fixed income. And I have 40 of them!
