Let me start off by saying, these are the best pants I have ever owned. After purchasing my first pair, I subsequently bought five more. I have bought two different sizes, 31x32 and 32x32. The 31s are very consistent across colors. The 32 are not (my only gripe). The black pair are super baggy and run quite big, I don't think I would even purchase a 31 in them. The green color is also a lot lighter than the website photos give off (kind of a gripe). Otherwise, the 31x32 fit awesome. They fit very well through the wait, hip, thighs, and ankle. I have a somewhat athletic build and it sometimes challenging to find a good fit. Additionally, I really like the water repellent fabric. After many washes, it is still working well. The pants also work well with a variety of shoes. I wear them in business casual settings (I'm a college prof.) as well as casually on the weekends. Overall I would give them a 4.5/5, with the half point coming from the inconsistent fits across colors and the slight lack is green color representation. I hope they make more colors (dark grey please!).

These pants are awesome, the fit is superb. I mean that becasue they allow you to stretch a bit in weight and they still fit!

Bought these as a gift for our son. He was skeptical when he first saw the fabric but after wearing them he said they are his favorites. He's particular so this is high praise indeed!

Great quality product, pants are very comfortable and the material is amazing. The right amount of room to exercise in. Love them.

I'm a woman but love LL Bean men's pants, especially the sporty ones. Compared to women's style, men's pants have deeper crotch, longer/thiner legs, more comfortable fit and pockets with zippers, great for travel. Those pants are also stylish on me. Now going back to office I have bought three out of the four colors, to replace the sweats I wear while working at home :)

Perfect Fit after I sent back 1st pair and got a larger pair. Fine material and not baggy. Great looking and a nice feel.

Took two pair to Ecuador and Peru. Absolutely perfect in performance, appearance and quick laundering. Climbing Incan temple steps couldn't have been easier!

Perfect fit, extremely comfortable, and durable. Initially I ordered down a size to 30x30 initially due to the stretch but upped to my normal size of 31x30.

These are the perfect most versatile pants you could ask for. Travel, casual, hiking, working out, going to work, etc. They stretch so nice and are well made. The button is metal and keeps pants fastened. However, I have the black color and they do run small in the waist. The 36's feel more like 35's. They don't bag out over time so keep that in mind. I wish they would have more colors (bring back the black), or even make them into cargo pants but a little baggier. These can take a lot of wear and tear. Great pants for sure 10/10.

I have bought the insulated pair and loved them. So I'm trying the much light ones for summer time. They have been awesome so far. Very light and stretchy. LL Bean YOU HAVE TO MAKE THEM IN KHAKI!!

Very comfortable pants, also can throw high kicks in them so watch out. Will buy more.

These pants fit great and are ready to go right out of the dryer. I definitely recommend for casual as well as office attire.

I bought these for my husband for his work. He's a construction manager. He wanted pants that were comfortable, flexible and sturdy. They may be pricey for construction pants, but he mostly just checks things so it's good bang for the buck. He wears them at LEAST once every week and sometimes wears them when we go hiking. Great buy.

Great fit and very comfortable to wear. The material is lightweight and stretches with movement. Much lighter and easier to wear than jeans or traditional khakis. Yet sufficiently 'dressy' in appearance to be worn in a variety of occasions. I'll be ordering more.

The most comfortable pants I have ever owned. Very light and stretchy. They are slim fit and have a tapered leg. Had to step down size from my normal.

Excellent casual pant. Bought these for vacation ski trip. Better then jeans. Look nicer take up less room in luggage

Although made of artificial material, it is soft, neat looking without being restrictive. A little too expensive in my book. Fortunately I have some Bean Bucks to offset the cost.
