Great pants, but I'd like belt loops for a belt and a back pocket for a wallet. Without those things the pants have limited usefulness for me.

I love everything about these, except they do not have a fly front. I find this to be the only negative and if they came with a zip fly, would be perfect. If they have something similar, with a fly, please let me know.

Excellent material, very comfortable, would buy again.wait , I did , 4 more to be exact . The only negative is the very weak waist band and the difficulty with which the string to tie it with. That really needs to be revisited and repaired.

Awesome pants, they are very lite and look and feel great. Perfect for the DC area in the summer. Only downside is the drawstring is on the outside, so a little tough to wear into work during the otherwise all zoom meetings, as with a shirt tucked in they look more like sweats than khakis.

These are great pants. I ordered them for my husband after buying several pairs of the women's version. But the part if your description where it says "faux fly" was cut off on my tablet's screen. I looked at the photo, and it looked like there was a real fly on these pants, so I ordered them for my husband. Since he won't wear pants that don't have a real fly, I either have to find fabric, cut it, and sew a fly, or send these really great pants back. I'm really tired of adding flies to pants, so, sorry, I'll be returning these. He says it's really awkward, when outdoors, to have to pull one's pants down for basic business. Please make pants like these with functioning flies. A fly should not just be a design feature.

My husband's pants fit really good & he likes them. The only thing I didn't like about them, is they can't go in the dryer & it wasn't stated in the catalog. But loved the fit & colors & they wash really nice.

Cool and comfortable, wear anywhere. I like these pants for spring so far. The only down side is they snag very easily, cat walked across my lap and I now have two snags. Otherwise they meet my expectations.

Loved the pants out of the bag even though they are pretty high priced. Wore them for the first time today and I had to keep hiking them up. I'm a 38 waist so a large should work well. I'm going to wash them to see if they shrink to a better fit as one reviewer mentioned.

Lightweight super comfortable warm weather pants. But the fabric is prone to snagging.

These pants are very comfortable and well made. I love the 3 pocket design, however, one side pocket does not have a zipper and the back pocket has a snap closure. The description gives one the impression that both side pockets are zippered and the fit is normal for the size. The 30" length was way too long and I returned them for a 28", which was perfect and I purchased another. Please consider the above when ordering, but do order, as they are the best workout pants I have ever had.

Only negative is ankle tightening, loosening mechanism difficult to adjust.

Great pants! Already purchased two pairs. Very comfortable and light weight. Really like that the pants use recycled plant-based material. Only recommendation is to add a velcro zipper.

Very nice quality with nice pockets and zippers. Fabric is soft and comfortable. I do find the price to be expensive for a draw string athletic style pant. Price should be 30% less.

These pants are okay but a little light for my liking.

Excellent light-weight stretchable pants for working out or leisure. In addition to side pockets, single back pocket closes with snap. Legs draw closed with elastic cord to keep snug around ankle, but it is difficult to get them fully open and to stay that way again (not a big deal). Would be nice if there were a zipper, but again not essential.

Lightweight, good looking and good quality construction.

Comfortable, I been using then instead of jeans. The fit (M with 28" inseam) was perfect.

I haven't worn them yet because they are lightweight and it has been cold out.

I am very pleased with the pants I finally received after the gross quality control on the 1st pair I received... the first pair I received had one ankle with elastic and one without... at this price point I would expect much better quality control... after I called about the problem the person I spoke to was polite and prompt and I recieved the replacement quickly... I am very pleased with the final outcome but, since this was my first experience with Bean I was somewhat disappointed with the initial delivery.

Great material, don't care for the drawstrings that hang out in the front.

I like these pants but really hate the fake zipper. There is a small wasted zipper inside the pocket. Who needs that? The zipper needs to be a real Fly Zipper.

I received these as a Christmas gift and love them. They are extremely comfy and fit very well. I gave them 4 stars because they don't have a side cargo pocket. Yes they do have a secure zip pocket but it's a bit odd with the items in both pockets. If the pocket was further down, say another 6 to 9 inches, they would be perfect. Other than no cargo pocket these are a great pair of pants.

My husband is extremely picky about his clothes, he has discovered elastic waist pants the past few years. I ordered these pants for a Christmas present and he loves the comfort of the pants. The style is good not super baggy.

While generally a good fit and finish, the elastic waist band and draw string are too flimsy. Waist band is weak & draw string is thin. Otherwise good weight and fit.
