Waist is tighter thank it should be. The cut and overall stitching etc, good. Contemplating sending back.

This slim pant leg is too large in the thigh and hip areas.

Since the True Shape Favorite Fit Slim Leg is no longer available, I tried the Skinny Leg. Nothing wrong with the jeans ~ but my legs aren't skinny.

For over 30 years I've been the same size: 18Petite, 28" seam. I've lost 40 pounds and so I needed to replace 3 pairs of jeans of my old, soft comfortable cotton. To my surprise and disappointment, the shape and sizing has been changed. The waist are very tight and even though the seam measures to 28", it hangs too long.Maybe because it's too tight. Also they are heavy! I though because it's made part of Tencel, it would be light and comfortable - Pity. Plus, it smells horrible. Because I have a long history with LLBean, I'm going to wash them to see if that improves the fit and the smell. If not, I am going to return them.

Didn't work for my body type. The legs were skin tight like tights. The thigh area slightly poofed out- not a good look for me. I felt the waist had a gap, too. I usually wear a large/14 & am 5'8". I'm looking for a skinny Jean that can fit a slightly curvy upper thigh/butt but still fit. but these didn't work for me.

After getting a pair of these in Rinsed which fit perfectly, I ordered a pair in Light Indigo. Very disappointed. When taking them out I thought they looked a little odd, like someone had taken a pair of long length, cut them and re-hemmed them. Tried them on, could barely get them zipped, and way too short. Laid them out on the perfectly fitting Rinsed ones, the legs (thigh through calf) were a full inch wider in circumference than the Rinsed plus being 2 inches shorter. Going back, but since I am a glutton for punishment I have asked to replace these with Stonewashed. If they are as bad as the Light Indigo, that is the last pair of jeans I will purchase. I say this because I have a pair of Classic fit that came with the inseam very crooked, and when I exchanged them, the new pair came with a small tear (which I repaired) in the thigh. Thus the generous 3 star rating.

These are too baggy in the hips otherwise fit ok. I gave the 3 stars because I will have to alter them to fit me like the old jeans that you discontinued did. No all women are hippy.

These jeans run small. The fabric was very nice but the jeans just didn't fit.

Quality is nice but I was upset that the sizing was much smaller than the ones I currently own (same style and size). This happened with another style too. Ordered 2 pairs- One fit and one didn't.

The jeans did not hold their shape. I feel like they need to be washed after each time worn.

Very tight lower leg and baggy thigh. New styles of Beans favorite fit are oddly proportioned. Size 4petite- older versions fit well. Not these.

I bought another pair of these jeans in a different color and they fit fine, but these were a little tight and too short in length. They were the same size as the other one, but in a different color.

Sizing is inconsistent. I bought a pair a couple years ago, but now need to size down. My current 12P could almost be pulled off without unbuttoning; however, I can't even button the10P I just received. Even the ankle and calf area is extremely tight. These fit more like a size 6. I love the pants but it's frustrating when you have to order online (no LL Bean in Texas) and the sizing is inconsistent.

I liked the feel, but it was oddly sized for me. The description says the waist sits lower and it's fits me just just above my hip bones, which is a much larger area than my waist. Unfortunately the waist of these pants nips in a bit, just like LLBean pants that are supposed to fit at the waist. And the waist material is not very stretchy. So...while the rest of the pant fit fine, the waist is too small. I'm a size 8 in other pants, but usually buy a 10 from LLBean because of the waist problem. Still, it didn't fit.

I usually wear favorite fit jeans but the legs are a little large. I ordered Beanflex jeans skinny legs to see if they would fit better. The waist and hips were fine but it looked like I was wearing jodpurs! Very baggy in the upper torso and definitely not "skinny" jeans! I have skinny legs and these were baggier than my old favorite fits. So disappointed! Back to the favorite fits - with skinny legs. Wish me luck!

I was happy to find skinny jeans in white for summer, but the fit was not "skinny". The waist and calves fit as expected, but the oversized seat and thighs made them look like jodhpurs riding pants. Sadly, have to return these. Nice fabric and weight and feel if you are shapely like these are cut for.

I bought these jeans in a dark blue color last year and LOVE them. I decided to get a light blue pair... I ordered the same pants, same size. When they arrived, I took the tags off and threw them in the washer. Well, they are MUCH tighter than the dark color, almost like leggings. I made an assumption that the different color would fit the same. Not so. Pretty bummed.

While I usually wear a size 8 I need a size 10 in LLB clothing. Most disappointing is that LLB cannot get "tall" right . I end up sending back most of the tops I order because of sleeve and body length. I was excited about the jeans but too short. Why can you not make clothing for tall people, very other company does, and every other company is where I end up getting most of my clothes.

They do not fit my body, the waist is too tight, there is extra fabric around my hips. Other than that, the fabric is great as is the length. I am disappointed as this would have been by first foray into LL jeans or pants for that matter. So, maybe they will fit you but not me. They need to go back. I take a size 4 typically in jeans from other brands and sometimes they are on the larger side.

These are okay & I'll wear them with a long shirt. The legs are fine, but they are a bit looser than I'd like at the top of the leg & in the rear.

I was ecstatic when I discovered that Beans makes a jean that has both stretch and coolmax -- I've been looking for something that will work for horseback riding and barn work in North Carolina in 4 seasons. So I decided to give them a try. The fit is very good -- they are hugging and slim and have just the right amount of stretch and they don't stretch out. I was also pretty impressed that they did provide some amount of cool and wicking on a 90 degree day. All that said, they are demonstrably scratchy. I thought that several washes would improve this but it hasn't -- in fact, it's almost worse. On the inside they have micro-pilling throughout which is adding to the roughness. I think these jeans are a winner for anyone who does outdoor work in the heat and wants a jean fabric. Any way you could work on the feel of the fabric??

I had high hopes for these jeans, but they are not cut for somebody with my body type: somewhat tall (5'8") and lean (132 lbs) with a very slight belly pudge. They hit higher in the waste than I would have liked (which I was prepared for based on other reviews), but the real issue is that the cut seems to be not right, proportionally. They were too tight in the waste and calves, but very baggy in the thighs, so sizing up is not an option. I really liked the black color - ever so slightly faded - so I wish they had fit!
