Great quality - tried these on in the store and was a little sad that the size 18 Pet fit when I usually wear a 16, but they are very roomy and the perfect length (I'm about 5' 3") so I bought them. They are very high waisted on me (they almost go up to my ribs) but I don't mind and like I said, I knew they were a size bigger than what I usually wear. Just love the thick denim that isn't easy to find anymore.

I used to buy the BeanFlex Jeans like this. I lost weight, LLBean stopped offering them in a Mid-Rise. I turned to the Skinny Leg Pull Up Jean, I have several pairs, but they are now only available in Size 2, I need a Size 6. Here came this style, I snapped one up, despite the $80 price tag. Just got them and tried them on, now I no longer fit this style. I have to acknowledge that I used to wear a size 10, probably Straight Leg, now a size 6 in the skinny leg style is different and just doesn't work for me. So, back to my Skinny Leg Pull-ups. As a side note, this style has silvery aluminum rivets and button, rather than traditional copper or bronze color.

Love the fabric but the thighs are a little baggy.

These jeans fit just right. They are comfortable and flattering. Not too high. Ordered skinny for summer, glad I did. More colors would be great.

I found the jeans to be "fine" but not spectacular. The zipper keeps unzipping. I miss the lack of stretch fabric.

I like the jeans overall, but the waist is much too small for the overall fit of the pants.

These jeans are a good weight and nicely made. However, they are made for hourglass figures, with a small waist. They did not fit me.

I bought 2 pairs of these jeans in 2019/2020 and love them. They hold their shape, attractive, and comfortable. I decided to buy another pair in a lighter color and after ordering 3 pairs and holding them up to my favorite ones, these are my conclusions: The straight leg in size 10 was cut larger than the skinny leg in size 10 and leg quite fuller than expected. Both size 10 jeans, skinny leg and straight leg, are 1 1/2 - 1 3/4 inches smaller in the waist and a tad higher in the rise. Ended up purchasing the size 12 skinny leg which is identical in size to my old size 10 pair that was not manufactured in Mexico. Frustrating to say the least and two pairs of jeans criss crossed the country in a UPS truck. And I am 5 pounds lighter too and wear mediums in leggings.

I ordered my usual LL Bean size 8, but had to size up to 10. It fits good. Not too tight for a skinny jean. The waist has some give which is good. Lower leg is snug, which is good. Overall a good quality jean.

I usually don't buy jeans if they don't have the petite length available, but these were on sale, so the temptation was too great. I checked the size chart to see what I should get, and it clearly said I should get 20W. I normally get the 18 (regular, not women's) in petite length. Well, they didn't fit well. From my hips to my ankles, the fit was good and comfortable, but the waist is enormous, and they are way too long, as expected. I'm keeping them - they'll work for around the house, but I wouldn't wear them out and about.

I like these pants, but I recognize there are some sizing issues and they might not be for everyone. I purchased a pair of these in Rinsed in store and they fit perfectly, so I ordered a pair of Stonewashed online because I need medium tall and those weren't in the store. The pants were the same size per the tags, but the Stonewashed pair was 2 inches smaller in the waist. I returned them and ordered the next size up and they fit perfectly. So as others have said, the waist sizing is not consistent. Also, these are described as skinny, but if you are looking for a skinny jean that easily fits in tall boots, this isn't it. They are about halfway between skinny leg and straight leg, so they bunch up in my tall boots. They look cute cuffed with ankle boots though!

They fit pretty well. However after a second wearing, they become baggy all over. I needed a larger waist, which has still left a lot of room in the hips. Where are the jeans for apple shaped people, grannies like me?

Nice basic jeans, good quality with some stretch. A little tight in the waist.

I really liked these jeans, but similar to other reviewers, the waist was really small. They fit well (snug) on the hips, thighs, and legs. Of note, the leg was a genuine skinny leg, unlike the True Shape High Rise Skinny Jean, which fits more like a "slim leg". I buy skinny jeans specifically to tuck into tall boots, and these will work for that. I'm going to order a size up (size 12 instead of 10) to see if I can get the waist to fit better, because I really like the jeans, overall.

These jeans are very comfortable and look good on me, but I gave them 4 stars because the waistband is a little tight. Hoping wearing them will stretch it out a bit.

pants are great, but returning bc the waist is very small, and I generally find that as a size 10 the waist is either perfect or a tad loose.

I love skinny jeans and now, they are supposedly out of style, so my old favorites from other retailers (who shall remain nameless) have been discontinued in the past few years. SO, I tried a pair of these L.L.Bean ones for the first time. Verdict so far? Almost perfect. First, the pros: These are real skinny jeans that fit snugly and that's what I like (I don't mind not being able to wear thick socks with them); the dark blue color is flattering; the stretch is great. The con? As other reviewers have noted, these are not mid-rise. I have a short waist, so I don't expect mid-ride to really be mid-rise on me, but these are definitely fully up to my waist. But that's not necessarily a deal breaker for me me ...and the waist band is a little snug, but since the material is stretchy, that really doesn't matter after a minute or so and I rather like the way they define my waist. So, overall, these are keepers!

I love Bean's Flex Skinny-Leg jeans in the Rinsed color. However, my 4-star rating is based on their snug fit above the ankles. I find it easier to put socks on first, before putting the jeans on, and to pull from the heals (takes some effort) when taking the jeans off. Bean's Flex Skinny-Leg jeans are stylish and comfortable for me: 65 yrs, 5'8", 120 lbs, Size 6.

I love the trim fit in the lower leg, but the thighs are a little baggy, and I've got athletic thighs from working out.

I am 5'4" and 130 lbs. The size 8 (my usual size) was too small so I will return for a 10.

I don't often do reviews but in this case I want to in order to express my thanks to LL Bean for their great customer service and truly caring about the customer; I will explain. I ordered these jeans because the True Shape, Favorite Fit, Slim-Leg jeans I love (they fit me perfectly), LL Bean no longer makes so I had to try to find a replacement. That effort did not go well and after some exchanges, I finally realized it isn't going to work. I am 5'4", 120 lbs. The waist was too tight, thighs too bulky & inseam too long. So end result, go for a refund. After all that effort, they were most gracious and pleasantly issued a refund. They are the kind of company you want to do business with.

I'm 5'3" and size 18. The high waist is too "high" for my short torso. Otherwise, nice quality and fit through the seat and legs (though legs are too long, which is normal for me, I just roll them up).

Fit not quite as expected. Fit at the waist, not below as expected, and legs not as "skinny" as expected.

I like the style and color. They are super comfortable. Only thing is, they do seem to stretch out at the waist. After a while I am constantly pulling them up.

So comfortable! Med tall is perfect for my 5'8" height
