Quality control seems to be missing: Left leg inseam was crooked all the way down the left pant leg, off by about 1-1/2". This is the second time that I experienced this same sewing flaw of a crooked leg seam. I purchased a prior pair of the same jeans, but that crooked inseam was tolerable, so I kept the jeans. Other than this inseam sewing flaw and quality control issue, the jeans are nice looking and comfy.

I find this style runs too long in the legs for my height, plus the seat seems to run small. I'm sticking with the True Shape style, as that fits the hustle in my bustle a bit better!

While some brands fit better than others, I wear a size 6 in all my pants. I thought I would give LL Bean a try but was disappointed in the sizing. While the material was soft and comfortable, I couldn't pull the pants together to get them buttoned. Way too small. I'm going to return (and pay the return shipping cost) and exchange for an 8 but wary that they will be too big in other areas to be flattering.

The waist was too snug and the hip and thigh area were too big! Disappointed in the craftsmanship. I promptly returned them. I would not recommend this product.

I liked the fit and cut of prior Favorite Fit jeans I have purchased in the past although I had to return a pair once because the fabric for that particular pair stretched so much that after one wearing they were too baggy. I was disappointed this time to find that the cut of the legs is bizarrely wide. The pants do not hug my legs as pictured on the model and no stretch is needed they are so baggy at baseline. Yet the waist, which sits on the hip bones, is tight. And does not seem to stretch. I am pretty thin so the combination of this smaller waist with wide legs from the crotch on down is very odd. I am keeping the pants but am disappointed and generally will use these for walking the dog, and not when I care to look good. I wish that the cut of the alleged Favorite Fit was not so different every time I order and the photos so misleading. Doubt I will try again.

I bought these jeans in one size larger than I wear normally, as I've noticed LL Bean has changed their sizing. They fit, but are tight. I normally wear boot cut which were not offered, so I purchased straight leg instead. They are more like skinny fitted jeans all the way down, which I don't like. They were not very soft, and I was really disappointed. I've been shopping with LL Bean for 30 years, and it seems like they are now catering to the teens to mid twenty year old age group. I will be very hesitant to order any clothing in the future.

Thought I was ordering same jeans as last order. Made in different country and made of different material. Not as soft I can feel the difference. Looked at percentage of cotton etc. not the same. Disappointed. Would not order this item again.

Part of the problem was my fault because I did not notice they were 20% polyester, so they would not work anyway. However, the first time I wore them, the puppy snagged them... I have never had jeans snag before. I will be returning them as soon as the hours at the store expand.

I tried these jeans on several times trying to like them but I finally returned them. There was just too much material in the thigh and hips.

I returned this item as it had horizontal stripes below the belt line to the thigh. I missed this on the illustration which perhaps was my fault, but this is not what I wanted; if I am wearing jeans, I do not want any embellishment detracting from the jeans!

These jeans fit like a dream though I confess I usually wear a 6. They're plenty snug in the 8. Soft fabric. Although I am accustomed to a degree of "new" fabric smell, and usually I can remove the smell with laundering and airing outside, these jeans had a much stronger chemical smell, such that I was concerned I might permanently smell up the washing machine. i decided not to take chance.

I did not like the material at all. Kind of clammy feeling, not cozy. The fit was weird, too large around the butt and hips, and the legs were cut oddly, felt like i was wearing someone else's pants by mistake!

I like my jeans to feel light-weight when I wear them. No binding or snug around around the waist when you sit down. These jeans feel heavy and cumbersome, with big inside front pockets. Bulky is a good description. And they are NOT very flexible like the name. They will be my $70 camping/gardening jeans now. Ugg

I have always worn a size 10 in LL bean jeans, but found that these jeans run small. I was really looking forward to jeans with more stretch.
I will be returning these.

I received two pairs of size 4 regular bean flex jeans. Both pairs are cut like an 8 and 2 inches longer than the rest of my beanflex jeans. I don't think we should have to pay for the return when the jeans are cut incorrectly.

Well, I sized up as recommended by many reviewers, but the waist is still too small for comfort, and I can't keep the jeans hoping I'll get smaller myself, the way my world works lately. I'm really disappointed as I needed some new jeans.

I bought 2 of these Bean Flex size 4 regular at different times, I sent the first one back because one side on the back, butt side was wider than the other. I reordered the same jean again and got another one with the same problem. It is on the way back On the tag it says made in Mexico. Maybe if these pants were made in America, they would be better. made.

These just arrived today, and they're going back. They're too tight and uncomfortable. I'm taking the advice of other buyers and am ordering a size up. They also have horizontal light/dark dye stripes, as do the other pair of Women's 207 Vintage relaxed fit jeans that I ordered--this must be some kind of fad. :(

Unfortunately these weren't the jeans I ordered. I ordered True Shape jeans and received these instead which I can't wear due to the small fit.

Not their usual fit. These use to be my favorite jeans and I've been wearing them for years in size 8 petite. These new jeans are too tight in the waist and basically do not fit the same. All of my old jeans were made in Indonesia and still fit just fine. These new jeans were made in Mexico and the sizing is way off.
Very sad!

I initially found these jeans difficult to get past my knees, but shortly discovered the zipper wasn't down all the way. Much coaxing eventually achieved this, but this zipper issue immediately raised my suspicion about the overall quality of the garment. Substantial zippers and similar quality buttons are essential to garments made of denim and other heavy weight fabrics. This zipper was poor quality for any weight fabric, as was the button. The denim was not substantial as I'd hoped; perhaps these were never meant to be "real" blue jeans. I did order the wrong size (I needed a petite), but even if they'd fit perfectly, I wouldn't keep them. Not LL Bean quality. Very disappointing.

I ordered a size up and could barely get them on. I couldn't button. Also the material is weird and scratchy - very artificial feeling. For $80 I expect more. Sadly, much of Bean's things are no longer of the high quality we experienced for over 50 years.
