I was looking for a shoe that I could incorporate into my rotation that would work for both tempo runs and faster long distance runs. This shoes does both really well for me. I reach for them more often than any of my other shoes. Its a definite new favorite.

I cannot recommend these shoes, they have hurt my feet. I wanted to like them because they are light while still offering lots of padding but I have titanium screws in my feet and so it takes trying many running shoes and actually being able to run in them for a while in different conditions to find ones that fit well and don't put pressure where the screws are located. Because of the terrible return policy of Saucony, I cannot return them. I have to actually wear the shoes in the real world to figure out if I can keep them, and this is something most if not all running companies allow you to do. Saucony is the only one that won't let me return after using the shoes and therefore this is the first and last time I'm buying from you. I cannot recommend expensive shoes to other runners when you cannot even try them under real conditions before deciding if they're good for you or not. This is not something a serious running company does.

I'm a longtime Kinvara user (since the 7s) but decided to try the Endorphin Shift 3 model because I'm returning my knee injuries. I thought some extra cushioning would help with my rehab. I found the shoes very pillowy and comfortable when I put them on. Walking in them was more difficult. I felt very unstable because I wasn't used to the higher stack on these. My brief runs were very comfortable, though. I could feel the extra shock absorption immediately. Ironically, they feel better the faster you go and sort of wobbly when walking. As my fitness improves, I'll go back to my Kinvaras but I'm enjoying these for now. I purchased the Granite model, which is sort of a soft grayish-blue. Recommended, but be wary of the added stack if you're not used to it.

I have looked for weeks for a good running shoe. I had a pair of Sacauny years ago. I'm so happy I've found them again!! I love the cushioning and the style. The fit is true to size and I really like the colors these shoes come in

Great cushioned runner/walker shoe!! Great relief for joint pains and back pains I was having. Nice look. Lost a star only because the front tip damages easily.

My favorite year to date! I had two pairs of the first year and loved them so much! The second year wasnt my favorite so I held out for the third and bought two pairs. I just wore them all around Europe logging over 70 + miles in a week with no discomfort. Of course its an amazing running shoe but works great for day to day wear!

This was my second pair of Endorphin Shift3, my new favorite shoes. They are great for my walk/runs on treadmill. Havent tried them out on the road yet but will when it gets cooler. They fit great, are well-cushioned & light on my feet. I have plantar fasciitis & have no issues during or after my workout! Liked them so much I also bought a black pair. Still use my Freedom3, 4 & 5s but these are my new go-to for running.

Not the same as the first shift. I didnt but the shift 2 because of the bad reviews. #3 apparently isnt better, it doesnt seem to have the same rock and roll motion. The toe box is super tight and my foot is more narrow. On the up side, the material has improved! No more holes and stretching out.

I like these a lot but the channel groove on the bottom grabs all the rocks and they get embedded into the shoe if you encounter any gravel or road shoulder area. The Triumph have a similar channel under the heel but it is a different width/depth and the rocks don't stick in the heel the same way. Overall I am happy, just have to keep to a totally paved surface and can't have a mix of terrain.

So glad to have found the Endorphin Shift 3! The cushioning and support is amazing. I used to wear Hoka Bondis, I started having problems with sore feet and the hokas wore out after only 90 miles of walking! I googled and read about so many sneakers until I found the Endorphin Shift 3. I have been wearing them and have no issues. Extremely comfortable. I bought another pair. I can honestly say it is the best sneaker I have ever worn. So pleased with my purchase!!

I have had knee problems for the last 5 years and have hated running because of it. I bought these shoes a month or so ago and have had almost no knee pain with running since. Incredibly supportive shoe. They feel like youre not exerting as much effort to run compare to past shoes Ive had. They propel you forward for your next step. Would not hesitate to recommend.

I LOVE endorphins shift.. I dont what they did differently with this shoe, but both my big toes feel like they are being squeezed (top and bottom) so much that they go numb. I keep wearing them hoping to maybe break them in. But its not changing. I got these as a gift and bought an extra pair, bc thats how much i love this shoe but the 3 is not made the same . The cushion, is still there, just not the comfort. Super bummed.

Waited until I had ~50 miles on these shoes to leave a review. I have been running in mainly Brooks Glycerin/Ghost shoes for the majority of the past 5 years. I am a former college mid-distance runner, I now run for fun, ~25-35 miles a week. I was looking to try something new ~1 year ago and bought a pair of Saucony Endorphin Shift 2s. Loved them. My only qualm with those, is that they run small and I had to size up half a size. Fast forward to now, I purchased another pair of Endorphin Shift 3s. I hate breaking in new shoes, never fun, but so far so good. Lots of cushion in these shoes, great for training. The bad.... the heel collar/tab comes up too high, it rubs on my Achilles and also causes any short socks to fall off your heel. I am forced to wear ankle socks in the summer with these shoes to prevent my socks from sliding off my heel. I was hoping that effect would go away as I broke them in, but no such luck. The design team should reconsider the heel tab/collar on the next model.

I was surprised that these felt heavy on my first run. There wasnt any cushion to me. I wore them on a 3 mile run on the road and hated the feel. I gave them away
